Here is the deal. I just got my seeds in the mail and cash is tight. I was going to go for the big bang, but i figured I could use the experience and instead of waiting a month and a half til I move ( I was supposed to be moving April1), I'm doing a practice run. I have AK48, and Bubblicious, I'm running with the AK48. I'm not positive yet, but I may just go straight into 12 12 after a week, maybe 2. I just put the seeds to germ, and that gives me atleast the rest of today to build me a CFL setup. I'm trying to gro the best yield in the shortest amount of time, and for as cheap as possible.

My first plan of action is to get my ass to the local Walmart, and then to the Hydro Shop, first thing in the morning tomorow since they are closed on Sunday.

The seeds have been put into a paper towel, wetted down with luke warm water and put into a losely closed plastic bag in a warm dark place. They will be checked every 8-12 hours for sprouts, I think it is important to get them into soil as soon as they sprout. The longer they sprout the more shocked they are to be put into soil or whatever grow medium you choose. This way, less shock, more time to grow. I'm on a tight schedule as it is, I want to make sure everytbhing goes well. It is my first grow tho so I am realistic.

Alright, besides almost burning the house down, I'm all set. I'm using a 3gal rubbermaid dwc, its wide enough to fit two plants in now, but when I figure out both of these are female, I will transfer one to another DWC.
For veg light, I have 4800lum of Natural White(kind of similar to MH spectrum) and 1600lum of Soft white (kind of similar to HPS spectrum).
For flowering, if I haven't moved yet, i will be using 4-75wat HPS bulbs and two Natural white. If I have moved I will be using a 1000watt HPS, so lets hope I move.
I do have some questions, some things I don't know and some things I just need to refresh my memory.

1.How much and how often to water seedlings if they are in a 1"rockwool cube? ....I will be keeping them on a heat mat with a 7"dome cover.
2.What is the optimal temperature for seedlings to be in, should it be 100% humidity like with clones?

Okay I have both seeds sprouted and 1 in rockwool, the other one I'm waitin on a tail she should be good in the am.... Here are some pics, Thanks Dave1 for the cool ass idea for my closet bin!!! I used two 30gal rubbermaid bins, a 4inch duct w/ a fan mounted in the duct for ventilation, and 6400 lumens mostly white/blue spectrum. More bulbs to come, I just bought a bunch of y splitters so I can put 8 bulbs in now for a total of 12800minimum for a 2-3squared ft area!!!!!!

I put the other seedling in RW and put the other one under the light, I have it about 2.5ft away(1meter) from 6400lumens and I will see how it responds.

I have both seeds in RW and 1 under the light, the other one almost broke surface so in the a.m. I will put her under the light too. I found the first one likes it under 1soft white and 1natural white. I had 3naturals and a soft at first and she layed down, but when I took the 2 out she popped back up. It looks like she has a helmet on with that seed shell hanging in there. The temp in the box is 75 and it drops 5 when the fan kicks on for 5minutes an hour. If all goes well I should see roots in about a week! Tips welcome thanks!
