Sorry to hear that, but yeah, least you got the experience. now you have the chance to do it right from the beginning so the plants will be much better this time around.

dude those plants are really atretched they should not have that few leaves at ur height, ur using cfls on ur new grow right ditch the 23s and get some 32s or 42s which give off 2900 lumens a piece u can find them at ur local hardware or lighting store or center...they are 9.99 a piece, ur plants look super stretched, trust me i know from experience dude look at my threads i had the sam exact thing, everyone was hating on me, but then they told me the key, the key to growing is more lighting more lumens AND MOVE UR PLANTS CLOSER TO THE LIGHTS, i dont care if u have to stack ur plants on top of something like i have to if ur runnin cfls the tops of ur plants can be nearly touching the light the plants tops should be no more than one inch away, trust me alright please move and keep ur plants closer to the light u will see imediate results within 48 hours, 24 hours if u get 42s im tellin u man thats the way to go keep the lighting close from seedling stage and honestly 12/12 is good for flowering not veg complete 24 hour lighting is perfect for seedlings and veg... good luck man keep me posted

Mylar is the best way to go. Otherwise use Flat White paint it reflects more then most stuff your gonna find. I'm also sorry to say foil has a very low refection rate and is a BIG FIRE HAZZARD! Good luck!
