well i thought id start a journal of a little fluro grow im in the process of.
4- chronic bagseed plants
1-cabinet
and lots of love. the plan is to let them veg for only 2 weeks. if that. and flower for 2 months.

once they get two sets of leaves, its flower time. i only want them to get 6-8 inches tops.

im not trying to yeild much. just something to make the time go by till i move and get my 400w hps underway.(which i will start a journal for as well)

the soil im using is as always mg organic and nothing else all organic.

during flowering i use superblooom nutes. 1/2 strength.

comments and opinions are welcomed and encouraged.

great to see your starting a journal.. ill be checking it out because im also using CFLs in a small space.. i started out just like u did, planning to get a HPS next time.. but a buddy of mine gave me one and then things kind of went crazy.. check out my journal!

ive done 3 cfl grows now. and its just not giving me what i want . so this is def the last one. ive already got my hps. but i didnt want to set up a whole system right now. but when im all settled in my new home i will get-r going. let me go check out your journal. peace

Great start! I do reccomend vegging for at least 4 weeks if growing from seed. 6 would be best but its clear you wont have the space.You should do this for a few reasons. The plant needs to go through the seedling stage first before vegging can even start. This stage of growth is very slow because the plant is really concentrating on building a healthy root system, ounce that is done the plant goes into veg stage. if you try to skip the veg stage it will stunt the plant s grow very badly and you will only produce a tiny amount of whispy buds no matter how much light you have.Another reason to veg longer is the plant will not develp to its full genetic potential therefor be much less potent.
I don't know about you but I wouldreather bend and train the plant than having real crappy weed. I hope I made sence of things a bit and I dont mean any direspect or doubt your growing abilities, I am just trying to help a brother out thats all. good luck!

the only thing that is not on my side is time. i am moving in 2 and half months. and am not transporting so two and a half weeks is all i can give for veg. whatever happens happens. quanity is not important at all on this grow. and for potency i was hoping if i was able to give the full 2 months flowering they would turn out alright. but im no expert. i just like seeing something go from seed to a product. thanks for the input

sprouting up quick.i germed 9 seeds two weeks ago. after 3 days. paper towel method. they all had quarter inch tap root. put in soil on the 4th day. so a little after a week they are just beginning second set of leaves.

wussup smokin!!...nice floro grow,you'll be suprized wat a few cfl's could do to a plant,and as far as potency,it all depends on how the grower grows the plant,it will be nice to see peoples face wen they see a grower pull off a fukkin nice cfl grow.....keep up the baby girls smokinjs!!

ive got 6 in there right now. in the pic theres only 4 but i added a couple more yesterday. there are a few people that HAVE already pulled off some sick grows using cfls. im not a fan of them. i have a 400w HID. but im waiting till after i move to use it. this is just a little something i started cause i was bored one day. thanks for the comment.
