Ransoms first Outdoor Grow Attempt (Bagseed)

Okay first off lets just say that this whole process for me is simply a learning experience. In my eyes any harvest that i get from this plant that can get me high is an absolute success. I started with 6 seeds that turned into 3 seedlings which only one of them survived. I consider myself very lucky that the one plant i grew turned out female. For nutrients i used fox farm grow big during the 2 months i had the plant in veg. Then miracle grow rose bloom because its npk ratio was close enough and i had it in my garage.(giving it only water for past 2 weeks)
Since im leaving for college i have been force flowering the plant with a black tarp made from garbage bags, and now i have 13 days till im gone. Heres the question, how long should i wait to harvest?, i figure 3 days to dry and then i can just keep it in jars from there, right? I know im harvesting early but this is the only option. Realistically how much yield do you think im missing out on? Heres pictures from seedling to present(sorry for picture quality).

And also any tips on curing the weed and preventing mold would be appreciated

Ah well man if you have to chop it just wait as long as you possibly can. Dry it in an airy spot to quick dry it then seal in bags to move it. Just open the bags every night to let it breathe tho or it will go mouldy!
