UPDATE! : 9/12 of my seeds sprouted! Unfortunately 3 of them did not (or at least not yet, if they do),
so I went ahead and added 3 replacements to the tray just in case: 2x BlueWidow, and 1x Critical Jack!
Looks like i'll have a bit more variety than i expected.. i'll give the official strain count soon once everything sprouts.
But for now, here are some pics! (kickass cube covers right? yea i know..)

PS. Pics of my outdoor plants coming tomorrow.

Kamie - Yes I installed the mini-split myself. It was a piece of cake to install, and I absolutely love it. If you're considering getting one, i'd go for it.

Dam kickass start for journal. I love well detailed journals. By the looks of the outdoor plants I assume you will definetly need bigger soil pots for those girls? And with your dwc buckets (wich my favorite) spreaded out like that looks like you will be vegging for t least one month. Do you plan on doing any type technique to promote more growth such as topping, finning etc? In your setup on your previous grows how often did you replace your co2 tank during flowering?

sky rocket - Thanks man.. i appreciate the compliment. The outdoor plants are in their permanent homes - 3 of them are in 10 gallon smartpots, and 3 are in 5gal.. I dont think they'll get too much bigger, so they should be ok in the pots they're in. As far as my veg time for indoors, yes i will be vegging them for about a month (however they are ebb&flow not dwc), and yes i plan on doing some LST as well as some topping/fimming depending on how they look as they are growing. I've never grown any of these strains before, so they are all very new to me - but with the number of different strains im growing, im sure ill be doing some topping/fimming to some of them. I usually like to top my plants that have a very dominant main cola that is alot taller than the side branches, but if the main cola is roughly the same height as the rest of the side branching i fimm some of the side branches. So it will all just depend on how they look. About my CO2 tanks, they are 20/25 pound tanks, and they last me about 5 days per tank before i need a refill.

Thanks again everybody for watching my grow as it gets going, and be sure to subscribe so you can see things progress! lots to come.

I never used c02 but I plan on doing so on my next grow and I'm shocked that it only last you 5 days. I thought it would at least last you 14 days. You do have your co2 only when the lights are on correct? I know that was a dumb question but I'm just making sure. Also have you ran multiple strains before in your ebb and flow? I think the only down side to that would be some strains might be nute sensitive and some may be able to take more nutes and some strains finish at different times.

sky rocket -- Yes the CO2 is only ran during lights-on, and turns off at night. CO2 actually raises your plants ability to utilize a higher amount of nutrients, as well as improves resistance to environmental conditions, and all of the other good things it improves like your plants vigor and growth speed, stem size, strength, flower density, and more. With that said, im running the full Botanicare line following their advanced pre-developed recipe for hydro systems using pureblend pro, so im not over-doing the nutes as much as i could be. Just a perfect blend of everything Botanicare offers :)

Partial-Update: Ive got 11/12 sprouts now planted in their final homes, inside the grow room.
Ive got the CO2 turned on, and a good blend of mild veg nutes and additives in the reservoir.
Most of them have their 2nd set of leaves, and you can see the 3rd set starting to grow.
This is only a partial update, because ill be posting pictures soon! Hang tight, pics coming soon.

PS. One of my White Russian was a late sprouter, and because i thought it was a dud, i germinated
my Critical Jack (Critical Mass X Jack Herer) seed.. Then, right when it sprouted, i noticed the White Russian
i thought was a dud sprouted too.. Well i've already got 5 White Russian in the growroom, and I was kinda
getting excited to grow the Critical Jack. So now im not sure which one to put into the growroom, either
another White Russian (totalling 6), or the Critical Jack (in place of the 6th WR)..
The only problem is the Critical Jack sprouted with only 1 contelydon leaf, so im waiting to see what happens
with it. Im hoping it still produces its main leaves, but im going to wait til i know for sure before choosing.
What do you guys think i should do? Another WR? or have faith in the CJ?

Edit: Here are some pictures of the two sprouts im talking about.. First 2 pics are Critical Jack, and the second 2 pics are White Russian.. The Critical Jack actually sprouted like this, with only 1 contelydon leaf.. I already have a bunch of White Russians, and this is my only CJ, so id really like to grow it, but should i trust it in the condition its in?

UPDATE! : As promised, here are some pictures of the plants progress in the room! After they sprouted and grew their first set of true leafs and had roots showing through the bottom of the cubes, i moved them to the veg room under 2 out of my 4 lights and planted them inside the ebb&flow buckets. I filled the buckets with 90% hydroton, and covered the very top layer with about a 1/2" dressing of perlite. The reason i did this was to cover my rockwool better, leaving less cracks etc.. Because of how porous and accessable the hydroton is, bugs can easily sense the wet rockwool and make their way to it with ease. This way, with the perlite covering the top layer (in addition to the rockwool caps i used) im hoping ill have NO bug problems! Let me know what you think about my tactic. Anyway, they're looking great so far! here are some pictures...

Yeah im not sure why the pictures arent showing up, they showed up when in was posting it, but not on the final thread. So im not sure why its doing that, but you can click the link to see the pictures in the meantime and ill try to figure it out..

PS. I only had ONE seed for Critical Jack, so i dont have an option to pop another. Only thing ive got left now is Pineapple Express. But im hoping ill be good with what ive got, because i only have one more slot left to fill, and the late-sprouting WR is looking good. So i should be ok. We'll see. Worst case scenario i end up popping the Pineapple Express.

I hear ya man. Im in the process of popping my pineapple express and kandy kush freebie along with holy grail kush and super lemon haze in search of a good mom. Whats your process of germinating? I put my seeds in a room temperature water for 24 hours and then they go into the paper towel method. I did a sneak peak of my seeds last night and they are all sprouting. And I just did this Saturday morning.
