Default 2nd Grow Nirvana NL & Super Skunk in Soil

Howdy! This is my second grow. I bought seeds from Nirvana a while back and had my first grow w moderate success. I cloned the best-looking plants right before I flowered the 1st grow..seeds are Nirvana Northern Lights & Super Skunk. The results of the 1st grow with these two strains were mixed. I think the NL was much more potent than the SSkunk, though the SSkunk had a better yield. Had some pH and nutrient issues, though all and all I learned quite a bit. I am excited to see how it turns out. Any feedback is welcome!

I use Scotts Soil, General Organics Grow & Bloom, watered w mollasses and feed nutes every 3 days. I use pH up to raise the pH after adding the nutes. I keep the nutes @ around 6.7.

My flower closet is 2.5 x 5 ft and I use a 400 w HPS, flat white walls and mylar sheet in front of the doors to prevent light leak, I have an in-line fan ducted where the dryer duct would ordinarily go and a small fan to keep the air circulating. I have a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, grounded timer, hydrometer/thermometer, and ph meter.

My veg closet is really just one side of a closet. I have a small 150 Watt CFL light with some clones directly below it and a small fan circulating the air. My temps were @ 70-80 F, humidity around 40%...also I used tap water...no r/o or airstones...chlorine and all...

Here's a few pics. One of the harvest/growroom after 1st harvest. Since I cloned the plants I'd like to compare the results. I have a pic of the 1st harvest drying and a pic of some clones.

To clone I used a new razor, clonex gel and soil under a humidity dome and sprayed them with tap water. Actually worked well. I dropped a bit a gel into the soil before I stuck the clone in and used a paper clip to keep them propped up until they became strong.

    WISH ME LUCK!
