Yea maybe I'll just prune them up a bit tomorrow I just hate doing it because I'm known to get a little scissor happy
If ya know what I mean.... Haha

Did the pruning last night, it makes me a little nervous because I feel like I'm doing more damage but the leaves I cut off seemed like a complete waste of energy and were blocking other healthy leaves so hopefully they do a lot better now.![]()
My old ac took a shit but ive had it replaced for the last few days now. It's running well, and keeping temps at 75° is no problem now..
also, your plants don't look very healthy. the have a far too long internode distance and look very leggy and stretched. you should do some super cropping on all of these which is to bend the stems a little bit so they get thicker. if they stay this thin and lenghty they won't be able to support the weight of the buds and will yield little. move your light closer to the plants and switch to hps rather than mh. because your lamp is air-cooled, i hope the plants can take it if the bulb is closer. this way the won't stretch so much and they will receive way more lumens. also, PUT A SCROG IN THERE FOR CHRISTS SAKE it will support them growing branches and horizontally rather than stretching.
You hit the nail on the head. I just read through 7 pages thinking the same thing! Get something in there to support all the big buds. Very spindly stems will not be able to support that blue cheese because the bc buds will be FAT and dense. That is the only strain I have grown out of your awesome line up. Good luck
Well I switched to advanced connisouir and I have to say wow! I'm loving the stuff! I went on vacation and came back to this so enjoy guys
I switched to horilux super hps weeks ago, I did a little lst to get the branches to bulk up also I switched to smart pots instead of grow bags and I started advanced Connie Nutes.
And since I'm in flower I can't really add a scrog net because It would break the harder branches. This is just a little experiment to see which of these strains works for me and my stationary light.
Now the only one stretching looking shitty is the vortex, but from what I hear it is a very stretchy small buds yielding sativa domanant, so I'm not very concerned
. I will consider lowering my light when this heat wave is over because I'm not about to burn these plants anymore then they already are.
If you read from the beginning you would know that I had some pretty bad burning in the first week of flower because of a heat wave, since I have air cooled the light and added a portable ac inside the tent, the fixing my heat issues but with days like today 108° in Michigan I'm not gonna chance it and lower the hood!
I still plan to finish with organic rather than flushing with water for 7 days
