Trying again the newbie adventure....

This is my second attempt at a journal, I was trying to do an AGvs Soil but had too many complications so I have retooled and I am starting all over, the 2 plants I had in the Ag died that is my second failed aero/hydro attempt, so I am thinking maybe water isnt for me I have successfully grown a plant in soil it turned out to be male, but I am more comfortable with it, so I am using a growbox I saw on here in the DIY forums here are the basics

2 rubbermaid bins ( had them left over from my failed bubler setup, I line them both with emergencey blankets which are super reflective, I then drilled 4 holes in the top, I have my lights suspended using wire for hanging pictures, makes it easier to adjust them and the stuff can hold up to 50lbs i think there are 6 bulbs total 4 26w warm and 2 26w day light, i had a heat problem the first day all of my pots were bone dry ant the outside of the tub was very warm to the touch, so I watered the pots again, i have a total of 6 small pots inside, and I cut a hole in the top tub and placed a fan to exhuast the heat from the lights, and i cut a hole in the side of the bottom tub t bring fresh air in, I am starting with 6 seeds all bag seed, 2 were germinating in my AG before I shut it down the others I used the old cup of water method, my camera sucks but I will take pics and please chime in often this is my 4 th grow attempt wish me luck

quick update, the 2 plants died, when I first put them in the grow box, I didnt have proper ventilation so it got too hot in there and they dried out, I removed them and put 2 new seeds in and rewatered the remaining pots, I have the ventilation working fine now, just waiting for some sprouts, before I ventilated it got pretty damn hot, would this have an effect on the seeds i planted, should I start over with new seeds??? anybody????

thanks dave you were my inspiration for this and on a side note, I had 3 germinated seeds left after I cramed the tub full of pots so I said waht the hell and thru them in the AG lol I cant help it........

well still no new sprouts today, I am hoping by the inital heat problems didnt dry them out too much

Quick updated the first sprout came up on sunday 3-1, the other seeds were dried out from my original heat problem so I planted some new seeds on 3-1 as it stands there are 9 pots I hoping to have 6 plants sprout I have 1 so far.............

Question, my pots seem to dry out wihtin 36 hours is it ok to water that often so the seeds dont dry out?

oh fuck yea man, what ever it takes to keep it moist.
ive doin some crazy shit sprouting seeds, no lie ive had one seed(well a plant)actually growing out of my buddies back seat from someone dropping seeds in the crack. it got to be like 3-4 inches tall but was crazy stretched, but it was still a crazy experience. peace man

nothing earth shattering but I have a second sprout that broke thru today, and I see another that should be up by the end of the light cycle today so I am half way to my goal I am lokking for 6 plants to start........ I will post pics in a few
