smoky mountain outdoor grow

well after that i freaked out and i had to put nearly half of those beautys outside in the middle of winter( even tho i knew they wouldnt survive) and shortly after i built a new and improved grow box. btw my wife was extremely pissed about this grow box bcuz it was 3wx4Lx4tall.lmao. she really isnt okay with me growing simply bcuz it isnt legal where we reside in TN but she was okay with me gettin an early start with these plans in the house only if i aggreed to put them outside come spring.
i have read and read and read on this website and several others until i felt confident enough to start my own grow, i feel like i have learned tons already and i know i havent even scratched the surface still yet!!!

i find marijuana plants very fascinating and always have since i was a teenager and now i finally have some property of my own 3 and a half acres of wooded area with a lil country home here in the smoky mountains so i was like het this is perfect for me to start a grow...and here we are now.
well in total i have 9 plants left which are all outside now and doing well but i will get to that later. i mean its april and i started these in late january so i have alot of filling in to do. while im am doing this and starting my journal i hope to gain lots of followers who wish to watch my grow and help me and supply me with good experienced advice. everybody is welcome to post on my journal i will appreciate all advice bcuz i need it i am a newbie pretty much.lol. btw that blue thing in that fish tank in that pic up top is a temp and humidity gauge which was very helpful to me.
And if anyone has any advice on how to make my post easier to read plz let me in on it bcuz i know its difficult to read my post when all my words/sentences are all bunched 2gether...srry in advance guys. well i know these arent very good pics but they takin from an ipod but we have a good nikon camera now, but here were my plants at 3 and a half weeks maybe a tad older.IMG_0397[1].jpgIMG_0396[1].jpgIMG_0399[1].jpgIMG_0400[1].jpgIMG_0401[1].jpgthe first 2 pics are the same plant but it happened to be my best one at the time and i was proud of it so i figured i would attempt to make it feel special since i snapped 2 pics of it.lol

okay so after that i bought some earthgro topsoil and some pro pottting soil with out any nutes added and transplanted them into a larger pot since i had built a larger grow box around this time and they seemed to love that for about a month until they outgrew their buckets again. (i made containers out of whatever i could find... folgers gallon sized coffe containers,2 liter bottles,ect.) my goal is to do this as cheap as i can bcuz i dnt really have the money to spend on plants right now thats why i started with bagseed and am growing outside, but i will be buying veg and flower nutes.
okay so when i got my grow box built and some cardboard painted flatwhite i had a friend give me a 48inch fluro lamp fixture which holds two bulbs in it and u jus plau it in the wall, so i went and bought me a coolwhite and a daytime bulb and hung it inside the box with 2 pieces of wire so i could raise/lower my light and installed a intake and out take fan which caused my whole house to smell like weed.eeek!!! glad i dnt have many visitors huh?lol.
i also added 4 cfls 14 watt 2300k in the corners for extra light, i know ur not supposed to use 2300k in veg but it was jus for extra lumens and the plants didnt seem to mind so i kept them in there. well here is my plants a month later they growed alot since those last pics and i know that i have stunted these plants by them being in such small containers(1 gallon) but thats all that would fit in my grow box. i will post pics of the grow box next. the first 2 pic are the same plant this plant was doing the best at the time and was pretty bushy so i was really excited about this plant, this plant was doing better than the others bcuz her container was a lil bigger.IMG_0409[1].jpgIMG_0412[1].jpgIMG_0413[1].jpgIMG_0414[1].jpgIMG_0416[1].jpgIMG_0417[1].jpg

and u can use 2700 in veg as supplemental lighting

looking good Kenny...Welcome to Riu! I love bagseed...Its like a surprise! All my girls have come from bagseed, nothing wrong with them....some just give em a bad rep...lol

yep i always grow bagseed even when i got store bought seeds
and they are always more tasty then the bag i got them from
