Hey everybody, this is my very first grow, this is strictly for fun/personal use. I'm growing just some regular bag seeds i've collected, i'm always lookin for suggestions on improving my setup, it's gotta be stealthy though. I'm keepin it as inexpensive as possible but in the future i wanna start growin some good seeds. heres some pics of my setup n plants, more pics on the way but i need batteries.

your plants look like their growing in some toxic soil, you should try flushing the soil and checking if their health improves.
The leaves should be nice and straight out, not curled into themselves

But it looks like your on your way!

thanks for the advice bro, i flushed the soil on the bigger one about a week ago, cuz the bottom leaves were yellowing, but should i really flush them again?

thanks skunkman, nah i got 2 23 watt cfl's and a 18" 15 watt tube for now, nut i'm looking for some better cfl's.

Temp looks too high. Is it really over 90 degrees in there?

hmmm try to keep the lights 1-3inches from the top

dont let the temp get over 95degrees it will most likly be deadly.

do u have a fan? .. just trying to help

thanx for the input guys i appreciate it, well to answer u guys, i got an intake fan right now, and some exhaust holes, that temp is wrong that shitty thing never worked, the temp is somewhat warm when i have my hand under the lights but never hot, i'm prolly gonna get better cfl's and make some reflectors, i m movin soon so my setup will prolly get bigger with more plants and more lights...

well heres a lil more bout my setup,
i got lights on 24/0
i water with tap water, bout 2 tbsp once/twice a day,
i have miraclegro houseplant food 8-7-6, n some tomato plant food 18-20-20 that i dont use yet (should i?)

ne suggestions about wut cfls to get...

i wanna get some auto-flowering seeds later on but is there a way to make it start flowering and still grow to about 12-16 inches (i wanna keep it short)

ok man theis what i wud do ... i wud start 1/2 streanght nuets when they about 3weeks old or so.. some ppl say sooner but w/e .....

keep ur light 24/0 untill u wanna flowering

get the cool white 26w cfls for veg and the warm cfls for flowering( u cud always get 42w warm for flowering .. i sgesst to do that if u can)

just remember when u flower ur plant it will dbl in size some triple ... depnds on what strain it is ...

thanx bro, i"ll start nutes tomorrow, i just switched one of the 23 watt cfls for a brighter white 19watt cfl, should that bluer light work better than the 23 watt cool white cfl?
