600w hps autoflower-soil grow

IMG_8647.jpg I'm so excited i could fire my own seed in soil right now

i know from reading other peoples build and grow journals that i will need to do a lot of altering of equipment.... and what i beleive in theory to be best practice may not be quite as affective when i get going... i am a total newb! ... i don't know from experience.... i've just read your stuff and tryed to make choices that suit my budget, and knowledge which is very limited....

what i would like is create a simple setup that produces results.... i am scared off by the whole soilless setups purely because i dont understand what i need and how to use it... but from what i have seen it looks very easy to make mistakes... so i will use soil and mostly bloom enhancers (as i'm using auto's)

I welcome any comments and suggestions from you guys!!

Sounding good. Nice strain choices. Why the auto flowers tho? Not super familiar with them and thought they were more for outside?

You will be dealing with some humidity. No biggy during veg but bloom your gonna want to get it down , or at least have the ability to.

Can't wait to watch them grow!

Thanks Bleedmaize ...... went for auto's purly because i wanted simple for my first grow, and was only going to be one grow then use propper seeds there after and take cuttings and have a seperate veg area by then too... i'm gonna use a dual spectrum Hps bulb from start to finish..... was just going to be northern lights only, bought them ... then heard that northern lights (nirvana) were crap... not auto blah blah blah... so i got the pine apple express .. to replace them ... then i got the bug and bought the blue mystic and green o'matic....and after all that i'm being told my northern lights will be fine... problems were just with a couple of batches from a year or more ago... so mine should be fine...

so now i have loads of Auto seeds... but its just to help me get my skills... then i will find what works for me ... i dont have to worry about light cycles ..... just sow and grow i guess... i will be trying "LST" on them ... which should be fucking amusing take my word for it lol

Lst and topping is awsome. Check my sig to see some girls i topped. They are 3ft tall atm not including the pot. They ea have about 8-9 main top colas now...lst is just as awsome if not better.

hoping to have everything tested and ready for mid october....... but it could be a week either way to be honest.... i have to move house first, and we all know how much hard work that is.... then i gotta site and build the thing, and run it to make sure it works right..... so fingers crossed moving happens real soon!..... would love to germ first week of october!... but i have to give myself a weeks faffing time

Hey bro i did the same thing, but my autos where freebies from the TUDE when i ordered my reg seeds...Being my first time i started with the free autos and did 18/6 lighting scheduale..Had all my seeds cracked and never lost 1 to anything had 6 auto haze by dinafem and got 240g with my 600w quatum dimmeable ballast and cooltube in a closet and the only vent was having the door cracked while light was on and a tower fan blowing the hot air out...I ran my ballast at 300w for the first mth then 450w for the rest of the grow and used floranova bllom and grow and hygrozyme thats it in HEMPY BUCKETS(easiest form of hydro out there)IMO...Where grown in 3 gallon mop buckets from dollar store..lol..How many seeds u gonna plant at once??
