This will be my second grow journal. In the past I have had some real nice plants but battled with mites. I decided to get some ladybugs and that has helped tons, thanks ladies

.

I have a nice room with panda on the walls. Veg under 4ft T5 and flower under 1400watts of HPS. I was running aero in the past but plan to switch over to flood and drain due to convenience and maintenance issues.

Right now I have 6 strains;
Recon
Blueberry
No Name-
King Kush
Special Kush #1
LA confidential

I have 4 big plants (still in vegin old DIY aeros I made) that I took cutting from and plan to flower really soon.
The LA and King I only have clones of right now.

I also plan to show how I make my new system. Probably would be a good idea to show you my old system to and let others know my reasons for changing over.

I will be building a 5gallon ebb and flow system for flower room. I already have most of the supplies for that. I also want to make some sort of flood table for my veg room. The plan is to set it up so I can have 4 plants done every 20 days.

On a side note does anyone know of a way to stop lady bugs from flying into my circulating fans and getting chopped to pieces?
I already covered one with screen but it restricts the air flow way to much to really be effective as a fan any more.

hmm might jus make the veg room DWC instead of flood tables. I used to use the aero 20 machine and boy what a pain in the ass. I think setting up DWC with 5 gal buckets so they can be moved to the flower room 5 gal ebb&flow with ease.

fixed my exhaust, making it go outside. I also mixed up some Azatrol and sprayed/dipped my plants. Gotta kill these fucking mites!!!! Might jus end up using no pest strips, will do some more research.

Ive been using neem oil for pests.. Whats Azatrol???? Nice plants anyways

its just the stuff the local shop had.
I know that mites are a huge problem in my area and the people i know who use hot shots no pest strips have no mites. I might try those for a bit to make sure that all the little bastards die.

I stayed up late hooking my exhaust vent up to my chimney just so I can go to chemical warfare with those bastards! I also included a sketch of how I plan to setup the room.
