regs grow log

hey guys this is going to be my 2nd grow, im using bag seeds of regs, so lighting wise i have 3 40W cfls and one 105w cfl. i have 1 plant that has already been growing for a while, and i have a seed that has just barely sprouted under the 100w. lights on 24/7 and watering everyother 2-3 days.
the first is the bigger plant which is 19 days old,10 leaves, and is getting its first nutes next time it needs to be watered, which wont be for a while because ive overwatered.. the second is the general setup, and the third is the sprout which just sprouted today.
quick question, the bigger plant has no tape around it so the roots might be exposed to some light, should i fix this? does it matter?

comments and suggestions more then welcome, i can use as much help as i can get lol.

I NEED AN ANSWER!! can somone give me a good opinion on this? i have a total of 14,000 lumens going out between the 2 plants. should i remove the bigger one wich is extremely small for its age,(its only about 2" and maybe 10 little leaves)and put all the light toward the new seedling? or leave it as is. 120w cfl on the bigger plant and the 100 w on the seedling, i want to also mention that i want to successfully clone my first plant. so maybe i will go all light on one plant.. any comments?

day 2: the bigger plant seems to be doing fine, the little one is small and just barely showing all 4 of its leaves, it also has a red stem, and its bent a bit, is it possible its getting to much light? drying out? i switched it to two 40w cfls rather then the 100w. and watered the smaller plant.

water every 4 days you may need to move the lights up the red stem is due to cold
you need to make sure the roots never see a sliver of light it will kill them wait 1 1/2 months before nutes and use 1/4 strength for the first 2 waterings then 1/2 for the next 2 then full strength if you think it can handle it

day 3: alright i switched my little new grown seedlin to 1 40w cfl about 2 inches away, and named it marrissa. shes doing good so far, the red stem is gona and shes pointing strait up, watering tommorow maybe, ill see. i think i see another pair of leaves comming through the top too.

the bigger plant is doing very well with some downside, i took a closer look yesterday when i was super high, i wanted to watch them grow, and i saw that its growing about 4 more leaves if you look under it, and a few more comming out the top aswell, also if you look down the stem a bit you can see 2 little nubs,beggining to grow out. the downside is that i also noticed a "yellowish" spot on the 2 biggest leaves in the pictures above, i think its nute burn as i accidentaly sprayed the soil a few times with some 1/4 dosage or somthing. anything i can do to prevent this? or help it? treat it? thanks

planning to water the bigger one later today, pics this weekend!

ok today i woke up, looked at the bigger plant and it looks burned, from light or somthing.but has a bunch of new leaves growing in, the little plant is doing pretty good to. if you can see its growing its next set of leaves now. its under two 40w cfls now. and it also has the homeade co2 maker on it.

Q. the one leave that is all dried up looking is realy soft and smooth, the other just crunches off when i touch. could all this burning be from my mylar? and the "looseness" of it?

i took down the mylar yesterday,the burns dont seem to be gettin worsem the smaller plant and its new leaves are getting bigger. i watered the bigger plant, and sprayed the leaves of both.
the little plant is under all 3 40w cfls, and the bigger one is under the 100w.

any suggestions?
