Aero/Hydro Gravity Grow: Tangerine Dream/G13 x Haze/Cinderella 99/Pineapple Chunk
Ello all, let me introduce myself,
25-year-old from Denmark looking to share a grow with you guys.
I've been reading a bit on this forum and saw it as a fitting place to share an indoor DWC/Drip grow.
The grow room is still being put together, the mother room/clone room is finalized but the flowering room is still being worked on.
We're getting the final equipment and putting it all together.
Therefore it might be a bit messy in some pictures / videos, bear with us
First of all let me tell you a bit about the growroom;
The mother room is 0.9 meter x 2 meters with a 125W CFL 2700k.
1 reservoir with 20 liters of water.
The flowering room is 1.4 meters x 2 meters with a 600W HPS 6400k.
There will also be hanging a ventilation system with CF.
4 x 20 liter DWC "buckets".
We are using Sure To Grow (STG) as a grow medium, combined with a DWC system for the flowering room and a Drip system for the mother room.
Both systems are run with Advanced Nutrients 3-part PH-Perfect.
Our plan is to use a bucket per strain, with 2 plants in each bucket.
As you've seen from the title we are growing:
G13 x Haze
With our setup that would give us 2 of each strain in their own 'strain bucket'.
We have ordered seeds from 2 different companys since it was very hard to get the seeds we wanted (C99 in particular).
For that reason some of the seeds are a bit ahead of the others.
At the moment we are in the stages of germinating seeds.
On the pictures below you will be able to see:
4 x Tangerine Dream, 2 x Cinderella 99 and 2 x Pineapple Chunk (the fastest growing).

It's been 4 days since k0ijn took the photos he posted yesterday.
We have now planted all our seeds (except for two that didn't crack)
Here's the update:
The 2 Pineapple Chunk:

And here's an overall look. And of course the 5 G13 x Haze at the bottom of the photo:
The Tangerine Dream, Pineapple Chunk & G13 x Haze are feminized seeds. The Cinderella 99 is not.

A majority of our seeds have now sprouted.
The Tangerine Dream being the brat of the bunch, proving very difficult to handle.
We will post update pictures later today.
We will also get around to posting some pictures of both grow rooms to give a better impression of our grow space.
Got a few new pictures of the seedlings.
The Cinderella 99 and G13 x Haze are still in week 1 of growth.
The Tangerine Dream have 2 in 2nd week of growth and 2 in 1st.
The Pineapple Chunk are both in 2nd week of growth.

These seeds have really reacted fast, explosive growth compared to the other strains.

how long do you guys wanna veg them ladies?
or do you want to do SOG?

We are not going to flower all the plants however.
Our plan is to get mothers for each strain to keep a continuous stream of clones.
We have 3 feminized strains:
Those 3 will be easier than Cinderella 99.
We will pick the 3 best plants of each of the feminized strains and raise them as mothers.
The spare ones will be flowered to test the strain and our setup.
The Cinderella 99's 10 seeds will all be tested for sex.
Which is going to pose a problem with space perhaps, since we have to raise 10 plants to be mother plants and then get early clones to determine the sex and then make the decision on which plant to use for mother, the rest will be flowered / destroyed.
We are going to veg for at least a month, we got enough room for large plants.
We are going to make a SCroG for each 'bucket system'.
So each strain will have its own screen, for two plants (in one bucket system).
That means we have to build 4 screens at least, we are working on this atm.
i just harvested a scrog with 4 plants though.. check it out
