doing this outdoors, here is a link which helped me improved my germination by doing laser radiation on my 7x jillybean, i was using 5mw instead of the 10mw for at least 35seconds. Laser Irradiation of Seeds for Improved Growth i had one seeds that i forgot to radiated and was already soaked in water for half a day and took it out and did the laser thing, i was doubting that it will germinate since the laser dried out the seed then soaked it again till the 24 hour soaking method was completed which did not show any roots. the following day i place it in a dish with 3 inches deep containing peet moss sprayed with mineral water and a few drops of guano and seaweed juice, with less than half a day it showed rootlet and the following day it cracked from the shell. and the rest was done properly which are now in soil as well. the whole process was done indoors in a warm dark place, till i transplant it in soil and leave for another day in my dark room then gradually placed it outside
