1024 Medical Stealth Cab Grow!

well this is my second grow in this cab and using cfls...if there is one thing ive learnt while using cfls itll be u dont have room to neglect minor problems! it definitaly doesnt pay off... well ive had this tree for sometime it was a slow start but after topping her she shot up and i soon LST'd her and she is doing great!

i didnt smell my other tree (same strain) at all during vege...this tree stinks out my whole upstairs to my house!..she was a revege as well. i didnt have another room to vege in so she stayed in the flower cab. origanally she was supposed to be a 12-12 from seed but she didnt get the sizre a vigor i wanted to she was reveged. she has bene back under12-12 for a a few weeks...

she was fed some ultrasol 20-20-20 with 1/3 a teaspoon of alaskan fish emulsion and a 1/2 teaspoon of epsom tea

forgot to mention i am using a 55watt cfl and 3 42watts and here is the cab and the light set up...i have them hanging like that so that i can keep them surrounded and close..

4got to mention i have a little ghetto vege box made from a pack-n-play card board box i have 4clones goi in there and i just took 4more that are sitting in a shot glasswith a drop of superthrive in it

for some reason ive had bad luck with clones...seems to take me forever to get them rooted and then the growth is pretty slow for a while be4 everything kicks in so im seeing if leavig them in the glass works better for me...i constantly mist my clones and keep the humidity fairly high...but idk they dont die on me and ive had 98% of my clones survive they just grow slow..oh well...

for some reAson the one on the top left drinks a hell of alot more then the rest....she just needed to be watered thats all...

so after i cloned tonight i wanted to get bac into hydro as i just made a cab while in the states and threw in cfls and a tote...i went by the wick system using rock wool cubes as my medium and braided wool as the wick...i didnt really pay attention to nutes or ph or ppm and the results where rapid growth and decent smoke but not great yeild.

After running around the house gathering tools and items i can use i came across a 1gallon bucket...i said hmmm perfect....i had some fishtank pumps and bubbler line lyin around so i grabbed those...then i was like shit! where the hell am i goin to get net pots here (where im from we dont have access to hydro stores or mj specific products) so i thought...isnt a net pot just a pot with as much open space as possible for roots to run through, but still able to hold in the medium...so i went searching in the cupboards and fridge and e.t.c for a container with a lip on it...i found a sprinkles container lol..perfect!...i stabbed holes all in her and then proceeded to cut out a hole in the top of the paint bucket...i did this with a knife! and yes it did suck! a knife not recommended! but i did get it almost perfectly round!..the 'net pot' fit in perfectly! i then thought well wait what about a medium and what about nutes and what not...so i sat down with a spliff and thought...hmmm i kno! fish tank pebbles! so i washed and boiled me some pebbles...i took an old peice of rock wool and stuck in a clone and filled in the space around the rockwool with the pellets...i cut another tiny whole for the fishtank bubbler and waaalaa! lol i made my own dwc system!

my only problems are what am i goin to use for nutes...right now i just filled the bucket with our rain water and ultrasol 20-20-20 mix..hope it works...but yea here she is!

Looks cool, I'm a soil guy but seems right to me. One thing I'd do is use a windshield sun-blocker cut to fit to 'skin' the inside with. It's really reflective, and $5 to $10, but you might need 2. Cfl's need all the bounced light you can get IMO.

I jump around sometimes, sry. The inside of your cabinet. The back and sides, then the door if you can. I use Velcro to hold it tight. Here's a couple pics of what I mean. Let me know if you want me to pull them, and not clog up your journal. One from the FrigiDare & one from the CMH PC partially done.

nice yea i though thats what u meant...the vege boxis real ghetoto and i dont think im goin to waste money on doing anything to it but the cab def does need mylar...just havent found any around here yet...(no walmart and all that good stuff here) and im def. not a fan of using tinfoil...i kinda got lazy and gave up on lookin for reflective material... but yea i should be getting on that as soon as i come across it...im goin shopping today for my little dwc and going to see if i can find some new ph testers and thermos

well noticed some pistils on all the tops! today i guess is day one of flower! she smells pretty good too cant wait to see what she yeilds!

my dwc bucket is comin along great...the clone looks happy and im sure will be rooted in no time..went out shopping today and found a pretty decent thermometer...it a remote one so i can just chill and check the display remote to see inside and outside temps...alot more convienent...well i was tired of having to keep the door open to keep it in the mid 80s...with the cab closed and my new 55watt cfl is gets over 100 sometimes..so i went crazy with a hack saw and opened up the wire hole so that the fan almost sits perfect in there...propped it up with a pot and now with the cab closed its at 83 and its creating a decent outake...u can see when u blow smoke in there...the temops are pretty set at 83 u guys think that b ight?

hopeful.y in the next couple of weeks my cab is gonna be full of plants...i hope to fit in the 4clones and the tree thats budding now...also was about to start some more beans so that i can keep a mother and and run 4-5plants at a time...i feel more confident with the temp being so low now...

Kool set up...Curious,does the heat in the cabinet effect the fish tank? lol,,lil stoned at the moment.

lol! na not at all pluss those pirhanas could use some heat! lol at night i have my air pumping on high and on 59 degrees lol its usually like low 60s or 70s at night...cant get it any colder in here lol but yea they dont mind it and the temp def. dont raise at night wen the lights come on they drop from the air

well not to sure y but i got some yelloing goin on on about 3-4 lower fan leaves dont kno what it is anybody kno? but yea i def got that temp lower as it just sits in the mid 80s...is 85 a good temp?...here some pics

so while trying to figuire out ways to get my temps down i found out that if i open tha cab till its about 78-80degrees in there i can close it back up and it will keep to about 80-83 degrees...i guiess thats better...still tryna figure out ways....,aybe a more powerful but small fan...idk...fans are rip offs here too! my little metal one speed fan was about 20bucks but i think i need a more powerful one

i made it rain today on my flowering tree lets see how she responds in the next few days hopefully i will see somethin for the better! i will be feeding soon as the soil dries a bit

Plants looking good. Can you order from Newegg for a comp. fan? I use one that's $10 and it's 134 CFM. Hope that helps. 80 to 85 is doing OK for me, just always trying for closer to 78.

I can't see where you intake and exhaust are. I looked at it more, and the 134 CFM would be too loud for stealth, but they have a Kazi-Jyuni thats 40 CFM, but only 10 dBa
