Good luck with the grow tho man, looks amazing and your thread was the only reason registered on this site lol
Really man? okay thanks, i don't need to post on a beginners thread because i know everything i need to know about lights, i just liked your set up but w/es man. I don't even know where you live so how the hell could i bust you? nor would i. Cops don't look for 12 plant grow ops. They looks for massive 1000+ plant grow ops so i'm sorry if you think i am some FBI agent trying to bust your cabinet grow op lol

Well with your pics i can see what you have done with the lower part of the cabinet. The only thing i would want help with is the top ventilation set up which i have no clue about, The guy from my local high times has a full set up he can sell us for 400$ but i think he's just someone trying to rip me off because i have never done growing indoors. I live out in the country so i always grew is my corn fields but now i would like to try to grow throughout the winter and not just in the summer. If you don't want to explain what you have up top thats total fine with me i can understand. I just don't want to make a thread and wait for people who know information but have only done big grow ops. You have the same set up i want so i wanted to personally ask you, if you cant post here to answer then thats fine. My roommate and i will just mess around with the stuff we can get at our local high times.
Well all thats hooked up at the top is a fan capable of moving 225m3/h and a fitting carbon filter. The fan was recommended to us in the grow shop because it moves the right amount of air for the space and light we have. A weaker fan would not move enough air and cause temperature problems.
Its hooked up Carbon filter -> Fan -> exhaust hose leading air out of a hole. Also theres holes at the bottom of the cabinet (no light can get in though) for air to get pulled in.
A comple set for 400 could be a decent price (light, hood, fan, filter, cab and some small details like cables), search around online and compare prices and youll know if its fair. Of course youll probably pay a little more in a store than online, but thats the same for everything.
Another day, another update. All is going well in marijuanaville, the flowers are blooming, the lights are lighting and everything else is going well as well.
Watered today, they drink up about 15 litres alltogether. Also I made a new yeast mix and made some changes with the CO2 hose. Ive attached it to the fan so now the CO2 gets directly blown onto the plants.

Awesome grow! I've just started my 2nd run (which you checked out, thank you) and I am working my way up to that level. I am thinking about buying a 5'x5'x7' tent and a 600w HPS. Is the 400w working well in your space? I ultimately want to be able to grow enough to cover my smoke, give away what I can to patients that need it, and supply some to dispensaries to cover the cost. I plan on three tents of the same size and a rotating schedule. I have heard that 1 plant per sq/ft is ok. Any experience or comments on that?
We're having a great time with the 400w in our space. Even without a cooltube our temps are doing fine due to our strong vent system.
Depends on how much you smoke but for us this should yield more than we can smoke. The goal is something around 150-200 gs. Dont have much experience as to how many plants per sq/ft is best for bigger grows, but it would also depend on what method youll be using. Right now we have 7 plants mostly in scrog in about 6 sq feet. In our next grow we will be doing a sog and going for probably 8-10 plants in the same space. Overall, 1 plant per sq ft sounds pretty good though.
Those babes are growing like crazy! Looking yummy bro
