Just the major buds off 1 plant.
Chopping 1 plant every 2 weeks.

Yup - clones is def the way to go for a set up like this. Can't be bothered with males....
They veg for about 6-8 weeks and I top them at least once - sometimes I top the major side branches as well.

Hey well i just read through this whole thing and you got a great set up going here.. props to ya man. im really new to growing and am just reading as much as i can to absorb everything i can. while reading this i dont really understand what and how to "top" and "train".

Thanks for stoopping by and for the props.

Topping is cutting the top off - this redirects growth from the main stalk to th ebranches, making for a bushier plant.

Training is using wires / strings to pull branches where I want them to make sure each branch gets the light it needs to make big buds.

beuatiful you got it going on man. you say you keep them below 30 inches? could you imagine keeping them smaller? like 10 15" smaller? im going to have a very very similar set up, 2 150 watts but they will be in a 2 drawer file cab, which is about 30 inches high in totall. ?
