**First Grow - Snow White - Pics**

Hi everyone!

As above really, this is my first grow, Ive built a sealthy grow wardrobe as my room.

I plan on updating this everyday. My seeds are Snow white and i planted them on friday, making them 5 days old from seed. im vegging them under 5 2ft Fluros. Ive got a 600w HPS for flowering.

The room is approx 1.5x3x6ft. It has a Inlet PC fan at the bottom and and outlet one at the top, leading to a shelf holding the Ballast, power packs, timers, nutes, wires etc. it also has additional venting out of the back there too. I later plan to make a custom carbon filter up here to get rid of smells too.

Ive not had the best of starts! (see here - New UK Grower!)

But please let me hear your comments, advice and banter!!

those things are too tall the stems are going to dry out move the light closer and pile some soil around the stems about 2cm from the leafs fast or they will die

Faze..i'm feeling your demo and outcome...i'm wanting yo make a setup in my closet...it's4ft by 4ft and 6ft tall...can you when you get some downtime help a newbie started...did you buy your closet..if so, where..and where did you get your lovely seeds

ha, straight to the banter then! Mate there 2 days old out of soil. if you were here you could see the light is 1cm from the plant, which is standing at about an inch and a half about now...

Thanks davee, PM me anytime and ill help best i can! My wardrobe was just an old one someone gave to me. i got my HPS off EBay and the rest from the DIY/Garden shop! in total its cost me about £100 so far!

The seeds were from a local Head shop. £10 a packet but they arent feminized....

Well today i planted two new seeds after my pup tail swiped the heads off two previous ones id planted, and added them to my grow room.

Ive started to PH the water i have to around 6.0ish and this will be done throughout. A grower friend told me to wait about 7-10 days before starting to add neutrients so im gonna do that.

My timers have also been set for 18Hrs of light a day from 24 as ive read it really doesnt make that much difference. Hey, may as well save electricity + save the planet! (Lol!)
Hours are to suit my sleeping pattern so everything is off mostly when im asleep!

The seedlings themselves look much more perky now ive put them under the fluerecent (sp?) light. a little bit bigger than yesterday, not as large as tomorrow!!!!
