Grow Tyme ~ Purple Widow - MindBender - Sour Cream

Ok, this is my first Grow With M.H./H.P.S lights so far i'm doing alright., ordered all my equipment from D-H


- 1000w extreme switchable ballast w/ LumeWing

- 1000w Cool Deluxe M.H Bulb,

- 45 Rockwool Cubes,

- 15 amp grounded timer

- Black/White Poly (which i have constructed my grow room with).


Soil : Miracle Grow All Purpose

Nutes : Miracle Grow


Seeds from

Last Grow

- 2 Super Skunk From AMS

Herbies Head Shop

- 12 Dj Sjamaan : Purple Widow
- 10 Kc Brains : MindBender
- And 1 Female DNA : Sour Cream



Out of all those only 5 Purple Widow, 6 Mindbender, 1 Super skunk and the Sour Cream Germinated and now are in pots at 30 days...

However the purple widow are auto-flowering?? and 4 have both male and female parts (i'm sure there was a name for this but i'm so baked i just cant remember it) the other one is a pure female and is coming along fine...

The MindBenders are doing Wicked ! as are the Superskunk and the Sour Cream.

Light Cycles are on 18/6 for Veggin.

I have a 1000w H.P.S Bulb For 12/12


***Any suggestions for lamp distance from plants or any other ideas are more than welcome***

i've read a wide number of extreme views on his gear
so i'm subscribed for the grow here

Ok, so heres a little up date i'm going to put in the H.P.S light today and switch them to 12/12 i'd like to give them a little longer but i'm pushed for time so hopefully they will get at least 56 - 60 days for flowering.

ok so its not letting me up load my pictures :S so i will try a little later

ok so its not working again today this is what it says

i've seen this with a few proxies, if you are using a proxy, try a different one

that purple widow definitely looks like what i thought it would, supposed to be an outdoor sativa
but all look pretty good, sour cream quite interesting

alright man here are the mindbenders

those are nice, squat, and look pretty indica
KC Brains is definitely one of the more interesting breeders out there
some truly monster outside strains in his catalog
but these look very manageable inside, +rep for sharing this
are they smelling pretty strong now?

Ah man thanks ! and no there not smelling that much at all theres a very pungent fruity smell from the mindbenders and the purple widows almost a cat piss smell., the sour cream is so far odorless...

i will keep posting updates

here is a lil update you can see the mindbender is turning red

seems have stretched out quit a bit? not unusual for flower i guess
and the purple/red, see that in my northern lights, does look good

oh man my bad, i never said what ones where what, the tall one/first picture is the bag seed plant, the other two are mindbenders they are staying short and bushy
