80 plant SOG 6" PVC Tube Hydro Drip Grow

I've just started this system and it's filled with 40 clones right now. 40 more plants to come with an identical setup running in the same tent in the next week for a total of 80 plants.

Main Tent Equipment:
Growlab 290L 9'6" squared.
4x 400/600w digital ballasts
4x Hydrofarm 6" A/C hood
4x 400w MH bulbs. Switching to 600w HPS for flower
4x 6" fans. 1 per light.
10x 8.5' 6" diameter PVC schedule 40 tube. (8x 2.5" holes in each tube)
750 GPH pump
50 Gallon Rubbermaid

Plants: 16 Green Crack, aka Dream Queen. 8 Trainwreck. 8 Romulan. 4 Santa Cruz Cush. 4 Querkle.

Mother tent Equipment:
Growlab 180L 2'7"x 4'11
Econojet Ebb and Flow 4'x2' tray
1x 4" intake fan.
1x 4" exhaust fan with charcol filter.
Sunblaze 44 4 lamp 4' CFL with 2 Grow and 2 Bloom bulbs for a good spectrum.
4" square pots.

Plants: 5 Trainwreck in Rapid rooter cubes. 2 Super Jack. 2 Mazar. 6 Green Cush. A couple others I can't remeber right now...

Small Cloning and mother Tent:
Growlab 80 2'7" squared
1 DWC 3.5 gallon bucket with 6" net pot. Plant is a nic Cheese mother growing.

Update: All of the mothers look good, except for a minor gnat problem. I got a EZ-clone 60 and it's full and the clones have been in there about a week. Some are showing roots. In the main grow tent I lost 9 plants due to the rockwool drying out during the testing phase. I've got it dialed in now and all have put on good growth.

Update:

The EZ CLONER 60 site is EXCELLENT! I got around 55 clones with perfect roots and it's been 2.5 weeks. I should be transplanting 40 of the clones into the 6" PVC system going in the next week or two. The plan is to make mothers out of the current plants in the pvc system I have in rockwool and transplant 40 of the best clones from the EZ Cloner into the PVC system with a 1 min. on 4 min. off timer. All of the mother plants I trimmed have recovered well and will be ready to be clipped once the cloner is empty. Ideally, I'll have 80 homegrown clones in the main tent within the next 3-4 weeks.

Update:

Here's some new pics. The best 40 clones from the EZ cloner went into the PVC about a week ago and they've been vegging under the 2 400w Metal Halide bulbs. They are growing nicely. The majority of them are Cheese which is signified by purple labels. The blue labels are Super Jack. The Green labels are Snowcap.

Videos! Click the links to view the videos. You can full screen it. Sorry for the crappy quality. The first video is of the pvc system plants. The second video is of the mother plants. They are looking VERY good. The tallest are around 2.5 feet. I'll got a batch of clones in the EZ cloner to use if I lose any plants in the PVC system. Everything looks good so far. I'm using so many different nutes in the reservoir it's hard to keep track. I'm using the GH Flora 3 part system, Cal-Mag Plus, Diamond Nectar, Floralicious, Aquashield, and Cannazym. For the cloner I'm using Dyna-Gro K-L-N and Pro-Tekt. Everything is looking good so far. I had a minor fungus gnat problem but it seems to be taken care of now.
