hello,

here's what I have goin on in my flowering closet at the time..

I acquired two permafrost clones from a friend about six weeks ago. When i got them they already had pistils and some trichomes on them, so I tossed em into a DWC setup under 18/6, and supplied them with fox farms hydro gro big.

One of them died, but the other has been flourishing. I turned the 12/12 cycle on about 8 days ago, and it's got some wonderful flowers forming. First time using scrog, and seeing all those budsites poppin through is pretty exciting lol.

the other two plants under the scrog are bagseed, one soil and one DWC. the DWC was extremely slow at first, and still isnt very big at all. also shows signs of nute burn, possible deficiencies, and some brown roots. not too healthy. Both of these plants showed white pistils after about 7 days of 12/12.

the plant in soil is probably the healthiest out of all of them. Making me consider taking the permafrost out of the DWC, and into some FF ocean forest, because i think I'm having pH issues in my tank. Want to make the plant as healthy as possible before its too late :bigjoint:

well heres some pictures of the room from various stages of growth, feel free to add any comments or feedback. peace

first four are of the permafrost plant from young to now, and a closeup of a delicous future nug :)

heres pics of the bagseed plant in soil. I'm lovin how healthy it looks, and its been LST'd and FIMed more times than i can remember. should fill out the screen quite nicely :)

last pic is of the whole garden. 400 watts about 14-16 inches from tops of plants, in a 3ft x 2ft area. should i expect some decent nugs outta this??

Looking good. That metal screen must be kind of a bitch to work around, no?

Also, if you have good ventilation, I would get that light closer, within ~6". But you gotta remove the heat, otherwise they burn. Then you will have REALLY nice nugs :blsmoke:

thanks for stoppin by dr. dank and nanskies! Yea...the metal screen is totally a bitch. everytime I need to prune the plants and whatnot I gotta lift up the screen, then position the buds back through when I'm done..hope this isnt stressin em. and I dont have very good ventilation, not gonna lie. have an air purifier and a fan blowing when the fan is on, and I also just raised the light up a few inches. think it has helped a little, but I'm definitely gonna invest in a cooltube as soon as i have the cash :bigjoint:

also, I have transplanted the permafrost from DWC into some FF soil, as I'm not sure I'm totally ready for hydro yet lol. Perma has lots of budsites, cant wait til harvest!!

So I need a little advise with a my scrog situation... I put the plant into flowering right as a few tips were poking through the holes. The plant has been fimmed about a billion times, so theres growth everywhere. Im just not sure though, cuz Idk how much longer it will grow vertically for, before just packing weight on the buds.

The real is everywhere else I look, it seems that the colas extend above the screen at least a few inches, and I have some buds that are starting to beef up a little, but havent poked through the screen. Is this gonna mess up my yield, or can I expect a bit more vertical growth before they start fattening?

Any help greatly appreciated, + rep for anything useful!!
