WW Clone. Fim, Scrog, LST 400W HPS

Hey fellow growers,
Took a clone of my friends outdoor white widow grow. Didn't get a chance to clone her until half way through flowering. Not the best time, but with a lot of TLC & patience, she came through nicely.
I intend to build a screen, but have g/f 's parents coming to stay soon, so have to move her out of the house for a week. Will have to scrog her 6th December.

The kit:
Soil (to start off) - BioBizz organic light mix.
After a few weeks repotted into BioBizz all mix.
Nutrients - All Biobizz organic. Veg, Bloom, top max, molasses.
Schedule - first few weeks - nothing, plenty of nutes in the soil.
Veg to flowering - BioBizz veg starting with about 2ml / watering building up to 5ml / watering.
Flowering - Biobizz Veg (2ml) + Bloom (5ml) + topmax (5ml) / watering + molasses (2 teaspoons / week)
Watering - when she's dry (going by pot weight) 2ltr brita triple filtered water usually every 3-4 days. I always let my water sit for 24hrs before using it.
Pot size - 8 litre (2.11 US gallons)
Light (veg stage) - 200W CFL Envirolite.18/6 through-out. Like the one pictured below -
She will be flowering under a 400W HPS with cooltube.
Temps - around 26C (78-80F)
Humidity - unknown.
Air - 2 x 80mm PC fans for intake. 1 x 12" desk fan for circulation. 400w HPS has its own inline extraction fan through cooltube.
Space - 2.5ft deep x 3.5ft wide x 5ft high



Starter cubes - Fleximix Organic Root Riot starter cubes (Far better than rockwool)


Chemicals - Clonex rooting hormone + Superthrive (1 drop only)

Preparing the clone - Soaked the cube in a mix of clonex and a drop of superthrive.



Ready for a trim



Let her sit in the water mixed with clonex & superthrive for a few hours.

The base of the clone was cut at an angle and dipped in Clonex.



After 11 days in a humidity dome, got a root -



Day 11. So, into the biobizz light mix she goes -



Day 36. She was slow to grow at first. Days 11-36 were unexciting as she stayed pretty much the same while she settled in.



Day 39 Starting to take off



Day 44 The light is usually a couple of inches from the top of the plant



Day 50. She was repotted into an 8 ltr pot with BioBizz all mix soil and given a good soaking with 2ltr of filtered water. Time to try my first fim.

Day 58 Starting to take shape. No main cola, nice flat canopy for an even spread of light. Height 32cm



For now, I'm tying her branches back with string (LST) preparing her to be screened. When she gets back from the babysitter, she will be put under a 400W HPS for 12/12.

Lets continue this here, how much do you yield off of one plant? I'm at 3-4 ounces dry off my last grow. I better understand the reasoning behind autos but quick ques, have you thought about closet growing, probably eliminate your issue of space and that fan behind a door wouldn't be as much of an issue. I've recently had to make the move and its been great no light leaks etc but you know your setup and what works for you but try it if possible. Think I'll sub this one good looking plants reiss

The last auto grow - Auto AK47 + Lowryder2 400w HPS

Got me nearly 11oz dry (including a few stems) I don't have my own scales, so not sure of individual weights, there were 3 autos. 2 AK47 & 1 smaller lowryder2.

The grow before that -

Got me about 5oz off 1 northern lights plant. I didn't have the 400w HPS then, just a 200w CFL Envirolite and a 100w HPS.

The grow room is my closet! It's the only space I have in the flat and my girlfriend hates the fact that she cant store her million pairs of shoes in it!

Besides, I smoke around 1/4 - 1/2 oz / month, so 1 grow like this lasts for over a year depending on how much I give my friends. I don't deal, so don't need a bigger space.
