So basically i'm gonna go out on a limb and attempt to start my first ever Grow Journal!

I called it Op. Pleiades cause of the 7 sisters, my first ladies...

Some background info- I'm a Medical Marijuana Patient, i'm very keen on following the law, and doing things legally...

i've never done this before, i had a bonsai plant bamboo shoot thing for a year or two in junior high, and that's about the height of my expertise.

i gave myself a budget for this project, and completely anihilated it within the first week-

(i also have this other DIY kit that i'm testing out, (pic 4) and i'm going to find out whether the extra money for fancy lights and nutes is really necessary...

loose the silver foil and replace it with mylar, flat white paint or go to a camping shop and get one of those emergency blankets they are cheap and apparently work well.

I apologize if it isn't silver foil your using lol but thats what i assume it is and just want to help ya out, i have silver foil up in my grow room but im taking it down as soon as possible!

those pics are from 9/10, i've since got my clones in, and shed the foil because over all it was a bad idea.

by the way, how do i post pictures IN the GJ rather than the 4 attachments?

and how do i add a new page to my journal? do i keep starting new threads or just keep replying to myself on this page, hellllp?

So i got my clones in, i'm growing a Green Crack, Sour Diesel, Hindu Kush, Mr. Nice, (it's a G-13 Hash Plant hybrid)Cinderella (not sure if it's 99 or not) and O.G. Kush, 7th strain...

those are the ones in the Grodan Rockwool Grow Cubes, with the automatic drip feeder feeding them. the other two are soil grown Chocolate Thai

and the last, his names is Hermes, i'm unsure of its sexuality, if anyone could help me out, that would be great...

He was my first plant, found him in some seedy ass brick weed and decided to germinate him in a brown napkin, and let him go outside.

Unfortunately i can't remember how old it is, I leave it on the roof and it gets an all natural 12/12 give or take, to me, it looks beautiful, regardless of strain potency or gender, what do you guys think?

looks ok. DO not start a new thread for every post in a journal or you will soon be ignored. PLease, just post the pictures as thumbnails. I will open and look at them if necessary. So My little Hindu Kush plant hit a growth spurt, as it was by far the smallest, now perked up a bit. (pic 2)

i'm worried a little bit about the sour diesel though, it has a bottom leaf that's almost completely yellow, (pic 5)

however, they're all sprouting new growth pretty well, and my soil growns are producing a new set of leaves every day and a half or so...

yet for some reason, they were germinated at the same time, and one has 4 different sets of leaves and the others at 3, yet the bigger plant started growing 5 pronged leaves after it's first set of tri tipped leaves, and there are no 5 prongers on the smaller plant? (pic 3&4)

also, what's better, lighter colored green leaves, or dark lush forest green looking leaves?

some of the tips are pointing downward too, why is that?

also i've been keeping my plants between 70 and 85 all day, i think they like the ventilation, and constant air flow...

but if i pull back the RW Cube cover, and peer in, i can see fuzzy hair on the roots, am i doomed? help?

Just looking at your pics, i noticed the paper above the soil and around the stalk, not sure what your reasons are for having this but im going to make some aswell and fit it onto my 2 plants in bigger pots as im sure it will slow down the process of the soil drying out

i got the covers in a hydroponics store, they're made specifically for the Grodan 6" cubes, they're black underneath and white on top, so that no light gets to the roots, and reflects the light back upward underneath the plants branches...

light is bad for the roots, it makes them get mycelium (hairy)

i hope i can get something decent out of this, i've never done this before and went straight for the hydro set up, <b>ALL RECOMMENDATIONS ARE WELCOME AND SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS PREFERRED.</b>
