Default 1st grow with pics AK48, Snow White, Ice
So this is my first grow. The seeds are from Nirvana, the first two pics are of my feminized ak48, 2nd two pictures are of snow white feminized. The five bottom cups are Ice, started later than the others, about a week ago. The top two, are white widow from cannabisseeds.com, my "experiment plants" started off terrible but have recovered nicely. They are older than the others by a week or so.

The pics were taken with my 2mp camera phone so I know the qualities not great. I'm using a 400 watt hps and fox farm happy frog soil watering whenever dry, 2-3 days. No Nutes Yet.

Things have been going pretty well so far, other than what I think was a heat problem, the leaves curled a bit and were brittle, cracked in a couple spots, but have been looking better since i re adjusted the fan and light.

I plan to transplant within a few day. Since I'm still new I'd love to hear any input about transplanting, nutes, any type of comment welcome. Thanks!

Just do it, don't break any rutes if you can avoid it.

If you are worried about transplant shock, get a b vitamin hormone. There are a million available, even your local garden/hardware store should have them readly available.

A foliar is good as well, a spray that delivers some watered down weak nutrients via the leaves(which reaches from leaf to root within seconds). So you dont freak out the new roots, foliar is a good way to go the first 2 days. Only water(phd and clean of course) for the first 2 days is what I do in soil, with the addition of a foliar spray. Then the 3 day I go to a very weak nutrient mix, if I usually use 10 ml per gallon of somthing I put it to 5 or less, if I usually use 20 I would do 10 or less etc.

Other than that, if you are going to transplant, then just do it, there is no other way, just move as much of the dirt and roots as you can.

Cheers! Remember, if it works then it is right, it may be scientific, but it isn't science.

Cool, I'm just waiting on my pots to arrive. I was told to soak the roots and new soil before transplanting so the root fibers are not disturbed.

thanks for the comment man, just transplanted into the three gallon pots yesterday. my other 6 plants went fine, but snow white unfortunetly had some roots pulled out!!

I checked her today and she seems to be doing good but hasn't seemed to grow at all. She is definetly by far my nicest looking plant, completely symetrical and a very nice shade of green with perfect leaves, looks like she's a pretty even mix of sativa and indica, maybe a lil more towards the sativa side with her skinny leaves. I think she will be my favorite smoke!! My ice leaves on the other hand a fn huge. Ak seems to be growing with no shock from the transplant at all, it seems like it has a new set of leaves daily! I'll post some new pics in a couple of days.
