parallel pc case and cfl closet grow

hi everyone
this is my first growlog here, athough i've been reading the forum for a long time now and i was guessing that this is the right time to start posting too.
so me and my "partner" started a grow together, i built a pc case for lowryders and pre vegging plants which are being moved to the closet at my dude's place when they are ready to transplant. for now we got 6 little plants in my microbox and 3 other ones in the closet. since we have only bagseeds for now, our method is that we germinate as many seeds as we can, then sort out the healthiest ones, veg them for a few weeks, then sex them and get rid of the males so then we can choose the nicest female to be a mother and start budding the others. so eventually we gonna start a sog system, but for now we are on a test run.
so, there are 2 23W warmwhite cfl's in my micro box and there's gonna be two more daylight/coolwhite cfl's of the same wattage to make the box more effective. i use 2 pc vents for ventilation. the pc box gets 16 hours of light a day.
in the closet, there are 6 cfl's, between 20 and 30 watts, 3 of them are warmwhite, 3 are coolwhite. humidity and temperature is just perfect for now.
we use 1/3 perlite and 2/3 soil mixture and no fertilizers yet. it's 18 hours a day. there's gonna be a seperate closet for budding soon.
