I would say from the way the leaves are when it died was because of overwatering.

the soil was completely dry tho and ive only been watering half cup daily
... last night i redid the ph of my water to about 6.8-7 before runoff as i found my runoff was about 5.8 i took it completely out of the soil last night, i figured if it was already dead it wont hurt it, and if it is still alive, it wont be for long
so i took it out and i gently washed the root (should have taken a picture) and i checked to soil (was completely dry) i watered it out and carefully transplanted the widow back in.

the other plants were in dark cycle by this time so i left it on the counter under a fairly weak fluorescent tube but this morning she is starting to look a little better, the leaves are still f'ed but the stem is straight up now which is hopefully a good sign...

as for the kush twins... beautiful is the only word for them one is getting huge the other is being dwarfed so i put a cfl on and angle to stop the bigger twin from stealing it all...

the purple haze has no signs of life still despite germinating the same time as the kush, im simply using that pt to test my soil ph runoff before i use my water on my good plants and maybe there will be a miracle and she will come say high

well I guess I am down to the kush, which now has two 40W cfls and a 45W on her and her twin, as soon as shes big enough i guess ill clone it up and make a dwc when i get the cash for more lights. Can you clone off a flowering plant? and can those clones go straight to flower?

Alright day 9 now, i used 2 bobby pins to train the twins to grow like |_| that basicly so they arent fighting for sun

great job so far MONK!

Your gonna want to seperate those twins asap because the roots will (if not already) get tied togeather and kill both plants.

as far as health goes they both look great.

For your cloning question. Tech. you can clone them but you have to let them transform back into a Veg state then re-flower them. Tooo much trouble : /

the roots should be fine since they are attached above the roots and i assume they share the same root system, so should i put the light cycle back to 18/6 or something and then use it as a mother, or would this stress the plant too much? its been in 12/12 since it came up but thats not been that long, i plan on using it as a mother anyways but i dont have the setup to draw clones yet, but would it be too stressful on the plant to do this?

No it would not be to stressful. Its fine.

It doesint become a real problem until you hit sexual maturity(3weeks)

so if your just planning to mother that plant then go ahead and switch to 18/6, She'll be fine!

wicked alright thanks dac, im def going to veg this lady and then build a dwc for the clones, if you know any good guides for the basics of dwc that would be great although im fairly sure i read most of them on this site so ill be lurking you journal for tips lol/
