Default 3000w Aeroflo2 60 site GDP AEROPONICS
Hello all this will be my first time growing, I've done my homework just don't have the experience under my belt so anybody with experience feel free to chime in, im open to advice. I'll be doing a 60 plant legal cooperative. Grand Daddy Purple is my strain of choice 100% indica and i'll be running a Aeroflo2 60 site system with 3000watts.

growroom size: 12.5' x 11.5' x 8'

Equipment:
-3 1000w lumatek digital ballasts
-3 1000w agrosun red sodium bulbs
-general hydroponics aeroflo2 60 site
-spectra pure reverse osmosis water filtration system
-3 6" aircooled hoods
-6" 450 CFM vortex fan
-20lb Co2 tank

Nutrients: General hydroponics flora series
Flora Gro
Flora Micro
Flora Bloom
Liquid Kool Bloom
Dry Kool Bloom
Hygrozyme

I got a good deal on unrooted clones and opted to root them myself, after dealing with a bit of trial and error i moved 30 clones in 1" rockwool cubes into the system on 10/14 with 1 1000w running, 40 gallons of reverse osmosis water in the resevoir, i later added 10 tsp gro, 10 tsp micro, 10 tsp bloom and a capfull of PH DOWN:
PH: 5.9
PPM: 190
res temp: 71

10/21: Added the other 30 clones after they finished rooting and turned on another 1000w light, 2000w total
PH:5.3
PPM:200
res temp:77
room temp: 87
RH: 37%

10/23: finally got around to taking some pictures:

PH:6.5
PPM:130
res temp: 76F
room temp: 88F
RH: 31%
Turned on the Co2 tank finally and let it run for a few minutes, dont have any meters yet to read Co2 levels so didn't leave it on for long. Also started freezing water bottles to get down my resevoir temperatures down, anybody have a more effective method other then buying a water chiller????

I bought this setup for $850 its called a Aeroflo2 60 site and its made by general hydroponics, but it wouldn't be hard to make one just like this for much cheaper, i just paid the extra cash for the peace of mind to know everything will work the way its supposed to... i imagine u could build one almost exactly identical for less than half the price if you had the right tools and time.

Default Update!!!
So the equipment i was waiting for took a lil bit longer to get here than i had expected. i've been super busy lately changing the resevoir, cloning, setting up the new Co2 system etc.. but i finally got some new pictures they are growing outa control. the lights are on 12/12 now but the plants are so big im gunna hafta rethink my original strategy, originally i planned on lollipopping but now i think im gunna hafta do some form of supercropping anyone with suggestions feel free to let me know. anyways here's the most recent pictures of the jungle:

^^^^ THE ROOTS ARE GOING OUTA CONTROL THEY ARE ALL THE WAY DOWN THE DRAIN PIPE AND SITTING IN MY RESEVOIR NOW.

^^^^ I'VE STARTED TO TRIM AWAY EVERYTHING THAT ISN'T PART OF THE CANOPY, AS YOU CAN SEE I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO.

last readings i took today were:
PH:6.3
PPM: 430
res temp:71
room temp: 77
RH: 54%

Just kicked on the dehumidifier too to bring down the humidity a lil bit.

Questions, comments, advice or praise all welcome!

looking good. still, I am going to be watching. How come you didnt take the time to make a cloner? you could make one for 1/6 the cost easily. I guess there is peace of mind, but there is also the satisfaction of doing something yourself that works great!
