HEY ALL I AM NEW TO GROWING BUT I HAVE HAD A LIL EXPERIANCE B4 WITH AN OUTDOOR GROW THAT TURNED OUT FINE (SOZ I DONT HAVE PICS).

I HAVE READ THROUGH 100'S OF GROW JOURNALS AND GROW GUIDES ALSO LIGHTING ECT AND HAVE DECIDED TO VEG FOR 2 WEEKS UNDER MY 30W CLF 18/6 AND THEN PUT THEM INTO A 12/12 FLOWERING CYCLE FOR ABOUT 9-10 WEEKS.

I HAVE 2 SEEDS GERMINATING (I BELIEVE THEY ARE SATIVA STRAIN) AT THE MOMENT AND A 3 DAY OLD (SATIVA) PLANT,THE TEMPRETURE GOES BETWEEN 20-30 DEPENDING ON TIME OF THE DAY AND I AM PLEASED SO FAR WITH ITS GROWTH.

I HAVE GOT AROUND 300-400 WATS OF CLF (2700K) TO VEG AND FLOWER MY PLANTS.
I DNT THINK I WILL NEED DAYLIGHT BULBS AS THERE ONLY VEGGING FOR 2 WEEKS AND IF ITS A SUNNY DAY I PUT THEM OUTSIDE IN MY HOME MADE GROW BOX SO THEY WILL RECIEVE A FAIR AMMOUNT OF NATURAL LIGHT COMBINED WITH 2700K WHICH IS GOOD I HAVE HEARD.

I HAVE ENOUGH GROW SPACE FOR 2-3 PLANTS WITHOUT USING A LST METHOD (LOW STRESS TRAINING) WHICH I AM SCARED TO DO LOL.

I AM USING NORMAL TAP WATER BUT WAITING FOR IT TO RAIN BECAUSE APPARETLY RAIN WATER HAS A GD PH FOR UR PLANTS.
I HAVE SOME MIRACLE GROW THAT I WILL USE WHEN I START TO FLOWER AND THEY WILL BE PLANTED IN SOIL/GROWNDED WOOD CHIPPINGS.

I NEED TO PURCHASE A FAN FOR STEM THICKNESS AND KEEPING TEMPATURES DOWN.
I ALSO HAVE TEMPRETURE GUAGE.

I WILL UPLOAD PICTURES OF MY PLANTS/GROW ROOM SOON.

ALL COMMENTS/ADVICE WELCOME ESPECIALLY FROM CLF GROWERS/OR SHORT VEGATATION TIME GROWERS.

PEOPLE CAN ACHIEVE UPTO (1G+ PER WATT) USING SATIVA STRAINS AND SOME INDICA HYBRIDS.

PEOPLE HAVE POSTED THERE JOURNALS OF 12/12 METHODS TO FIND OUT THE BEST WAY TO GROW USING 12/12 FROM SEED OR FROM A VERY SHORT VEGETATION TIME.

THEY ALSO INCLUDE THE BEST STRAINS TO GROW AND HYBRIDS.

very nice set up and buudy plants.i aways thought 12/12 was to slow for plants.or to get them to be females u do 24/0 for 5 weeks.then switch.whats the correct way...?

the correct way to fully vegetate and flower a llant is around 5-8 weeks of vegatation and 7-8 weeks for flowering but sativa strains are different,they dont really need flowering becasue where they origanolly grow they recieve 14 hours of daylight max and this dosent effect the qaulity or quantity of the bud it produces.

i kno my plant is not in its beast condition but its responding great to it.

Wrong.

Rather or not you end up with a female plant.. is some what... luck. Unless you have all femanized seeds.. then of course.. you should have all female plants once sprouted.

But yeah, the light cycle during flowering.. will not and does not determine the sex of your plant. It has a lot to do with genetics.. and where the seed came from in the first place bro.

Hope that helped you out some... because you were waaayyy off.
