Hello everyone! This will be my first grow in eight years. My wife is ok with a very small set up, so I am going with a pc tower case. I will post pictures soon. I have rigged up 4 pc fans, 2 sockets for CFL's and a 70W hps separated from the ballast to reduce heat inside. I will be using a DWC hydro setup with a aquarium bubbler to keep the water oxygenated. I have some deep purple seeds by TGA and have germed 2. Let's hope for 2 girls. They are almost ready to be placed in the pc case. I am going to start them on a 20/4 light/dark cycle and let them veg for 2-4 weeks depending on plant maturity. I plan on implimenting a low stress training method using a screen. I have fox farm nutes. Please lend any input if you have any experience related to this style system. I will post some pictures soon.

I placed my sprouts under the cfl's today. One of the girls leaned over, but I'm sure she'll come back. I also added a fan inside to help keep it cool up top.

Right now my only concern is the sprout on the right. The stem looks weak and it is still bent over, but it continues to produce 1st set of leaves other than the sprout leaves. If I'm lucky it'll recover and make my screen LST easier.

I wouldn't worry man, if it continues just splint it, that fan will hopefully provide enough current to make them grow stronger..you could pinch the other one if you wanted to slow its growth and make it a bit stronger...Youve been waiting 8 years, whats another 3 weeks? :P

Looks good, i actually considered doing a dwc or bubbler system in my pc case but decided against it because you had the change the water every two weeks (too lazy and to hard in a case). But hopefully i can see if it produces much better bud or not :]
