Alright, after browsing the threads here and finding as much info as possible (thank you all very much), im starting my first grow using CFLs.

Here's my cab: ($85)


Lined with windshield reflector and reflective duct tape: ($11)

This is what I've got so far. I've got some bagseeds germinating right now. Any advice or tips on my setup would really be appreciated! thanks, and i'll keep updating when i get growing!

Nice little set up. How are you going to grow, Scrog, lollipop? Will you be growing from seed each time or do you plan to eventually take clones. Do you have a plan for odor control or is that a concern for you? Do you plan on raising the tub to get the plants closer to the lights or is there a way to lower the lights? It definitely looks like you've done your homework and you are off to a great start.

i was planning on doing a scrog. (What's lollipop? nvr heard of that)

im gonna do seeds the first couple grows, just cause i have a shitload of dank seeds all sectioned out. right now im growing juicy fruit. i'll eventually get a mother set up and start clipping

no plan for odor control, as we are cardholders.

i'm gonna be raising the tub to get up to the light.

Single Cola grow style, some people call it lollipop. Where you trim off the side branches of the plant so all energy is focused on the main cola. The plant is flowered early so height is limited.

My only suggestion at this point would be to get your sprouts a little closer to the lights. They look like they are stretching quite a bit. Other than that I think your on the road to success.
