I have done 1 before with another person, and it was an ebb and flow. So i have some experience, but none with aero. And thanks for the props, i have to agree these things exploded once i got them under the hps.

Im setting up a new grow room and i am so impressed i think im gonna copy your exact setup, truly amazing. I cant wait to see these beast flowering... i wouldnt be surprised if they yielded a pound or more

Hey Kevin,

Yea aero is different then rockwool or hydroton in an ebb an flow system.
The plants grow much faster and use more water and nutrients. What I found that works good is to start full strength then keep it around 700PPM when you top off the res. Then change it out once a week to get rid of any salt buildup. Some guys go full strength on top off and flush 24 hours each weekly res change.

When you change from veg nutes to flower nutes its good to flush for a day or two in between.

i have been running at 5/8 strength with my nutes and that runs about 1100ppm with the Kool Bloom added it runs at 1450ppm have not noticed any burn but that all went down yesterday, i will see today how they are doing once they wake up.

Default week 1 of flower!

Its been 1 week and yey! the buds are forming i am glad they are starting to form, no leaks, i have not had it before but i dont want to start either. these things are going up like rockets too, i am starting to feel 8ft roof might be too low for the light and the girls lol. also the roots are getting too much to handle i probably wont be able to move them out of the res again to completely empty it. they are everywhere and inside the tube is just a root paradise. here are some new pics!

not doubting you or anything, but you do not seem like a first time grower lol... i dont get jealous often and Im remembering what it feels like right now....
