Flowering Day 6 Blueberry

By accident I cut one of the plants in half when I was removing one of the strings that was choking the plant. I made a brace for it but I dont know if its going to survive.

Hey man - nice progress!! I had the same problem with my bluecheese plant this grow... drop the light on them and it snapped in half...used a splint much like yours on more than one branch and stem and she bounced back no problem - I think you should be okay!

Be careful with how tight you make the string around the stems - I always try to leave them lots of room in the loop so they don't feel restricted - actually I've been looping my string through the hold and around the stem from there and then tieing the string ends together - seems to work good. I'm using yarn though - bad idea, as it gets fuzz all over the sticky plants...

You're going to have some really wide plants with all those tops! Nice LST work! ...can't wait to see how they take off once you start flowering!

Day 8 Flowering

 I snapped another one of my branches when I tied down another of my plants, braced it the same. Both back left and right plants in the picture are the ones I snapped.
I also changed my light from the Metal Halide Conversion Bulb to an HPS 250w. The light is a lot more yellow then the MH
I also gave my plants the first flowering nutes today 15-30-15... in a couple weeks change it to the 10-50-10 nutes.
Also first signs of sex but cant tell for sure, give it a couple of days.

Day 18 Blueberry

Some signs of yellowing leaves, may be feeding them too many nutes.
Also 2 out of the 8 are budding very slowly?? Definitely NOT males
