heres the pictures of the pots i found to be the best ones but should i start the seeds directly in these pots so i dont transplant? or should i start them in like a egg carton then transplant? not sure and im sure ill find some sockets sooner or later probly just not this week i hope i fidn them soon i want to start growing NOW

heres the update guys i ve only added the white paper to the one side cuz ive been working on assignments and shit but i got another little idea instead of using the white wood to screw the lights into im just going to use the bottom of the drawers(only one is needed) its about 1/4 a inch thick so its thin and its wood but its that wierd type of wood not sure the name but its really soft but im just going to add the holes to it so it can be screwed in to the roof of the grow box tonight shouldnt take too long then i might just wait until i get the rest of the light fixtures until i screw in the pie pans with the sockets(only still have one)

another update for today i added in the drawer bottom and screwed 8 screws into it and screwed them into the top of the dresser nw i will unscrew it and install the first ligth fixture not sure how to add it to the pie pan i was thinking just putting 4 screws for each side top and back with small metal chains to hold it (shoe laces or strings r too much of a fire hazard) so i was going to install the lights with chains and screw each side of the chain into the drawer bottom and then screw it back into the topof the dresser ( i was going to use screws with nuts on the side thats facing the dresser top so they have better support(less chance of the light bulbs smashing)
if tomorrow doesnt rain then im working and im picking up tomorrow too so if i have time ill work on installing the second fixture(ones a single and ones a double-sided fixture)
but ill update tomorrow for sure unless i dont work on the box thanks for all ur help guys in a few days ill have this grow started

dude, why not just do something like i did with my lights with the power bar. you can get one realyl cheap at walmart. then get the plug in sockets at walmart, crappyTire, Rona, or i found them at the dollar store. you could screw in a bunch of them and save a bunch of cords going to the dressor. Also if oyu want a really quiet fan, get a small computer fan and wire it to a cellphone charger. if you need help on the message me, its super easy! but those motors are pretty much silent!

If you dont want to use the powerbar thing, you can always buy cheap extension cables and cut off the end and wire a socket that way that way the pie pan will almost forsure sit behind it. you have a lot of cheap options bro. just pick one and go with it!

I use 6 42w CFL's i got most of them at walmart, as they only had 2700k Blue spectrum) Temps, i got my 6700K(red spectrum) If you are doing a Stealth Grow, i would suggest using the 26w bulbs like you are using with 3-1, Blue to Red spectrum. so use 3 2700k bulbs per 1 6700k bulb.

thanks man and i was just going to plug in a powerbar into the outlite (2 feet from the back of the dresser) and hook all the cords into that so i have more space and not a bunch of cords around the plants.

and im probly getting the 26w cfls from walmart but im only going to use 3 of them and i got one socket installed on the one pie pan and i found a extra mini flood light it looks like its a clip on fixture that says 25w max and the bulb is in he shape of a flood light but i gont no which type of light it is so i was gonna just add it clipped on to one of the pots later for under lighting not sure if it ll help cuz its such a low wattage and small but it wont hurt to try it right?

and its not the extension cable i need i wanted some old lamps that i could get for like free or $5 and then just take out the socket and snip the cord and then add it to the pie pan same thing i did with the last one then just add those cylinder thumb things that electricians use to re-tie the cables

and again for the computer fan even if its not too noisy ill probly still only have it on when im home just cuz im either listening to load music or watching a movie and then that ll cover up a pretty SOFT noised fan HOPEFULLY

ok heres the update i found a double fixture to go with the single one so i have 3 spots for bulbs not including the clip on unknown light thats going on the bottom for under growth
and i got new pictures of the lighting system thingy

picture legend

1. overall view of the lighting system with lights off ( sorry my camera flash wont work now )

2. picture of the single fixture once it was installed

3. showing how i got the bulbs to stay against the wood background ( tied chains around the bulbs and into the wood back ground

4. just showing again a screw that goes into the wood background with chains around the screw

5. overall view with the one bulb on

then im going to add the other 2 bulbs and screw in the lighting system to the top of the dresser like before (its going to be easier to add to the top becuz the holes are already made from before)

its comming together now i just gotta buy the other bulbs and add them then screw in the lighting system and it ll be done all i need is a timer, the soil, and the bulbs and im getting them all at walamrt but probly 2 different trips cuz i got no wheelz

welli dont got a update yet becuz i havent got a chance to get to the store cuz its been raining bad for the past few days and now im going to my families dinner on sunday
and getting some bomb as weed off my cuzz either pure blueberry, blueberry x white russian, or some nice BC bud if it gets there in time so i dont really have much money
(i do but its on save for the onze of blueberry (never tried it but ive always wanted to) but once i make a little bit more money ill but the bulbs, and timer

but just a question alot of people say dirt from ur backyard isnt good unless u cook it but if i seal it in a jar or bag for a few days will this also work?
like by suffacating any bugs or anything in the dirt ?

well to solve the soil problem i toke some soil out of my parents garden outside and mixed it with 2 hand fulls of marical gro soil they had left from a few summers ago so its a mixture and it has 2 or 3 worms but i thought they were good for ur soil so i just left them in it and i didnt check a lot but it didnt look like there was any other bugs and as of now its just sitting in a creatine container until i buy the lights and timer then i just need the seeds
