First grow of my own. Plant is looking nice after 3 weeks under 24/0 of 3x60w of 6500k cfl's. just started adding some nutes to the soil last week and plant is starting to take off. Started them in some jiffy peat pellets and a homemade greenhouse (plastic deli meat container).

The grow box is an old speaker box i converted over it's 1x1x2 and fits perfect under my desk. Walls are some industrial aluminum foil i had left over from work and airflow is 2 120mm pc fans for the plant and a 92mm blower for the lights. I have a peice of lexan to seperate the the heat from the lights and case run between 72F at night to 81F in the height of the day.



after 2 and half weeks of just straight 6.2ph water the plant way on its way.



So it was about time to start with some nutes. and after 4 days this is what i open up too.



so leave a comment and i will try and answer anything you want to know about my grow and if you have any comments on something i should do different feel free to post them them too. More pics to come soon!

I'm not using anything but SuperThrive and what came in the soil. I would like to transplant it but the next size pot wont fit in the case and i want to keep it small box is only 1x1x1.5 ft

I think I might have over done it a little on the super thrive and burn the plant a little.

Because some of the leaves are starting to cup.

9/30/09 Update plant is doing fine just started with some more nutes and growth has been fast and plentiful. The plant is about half through its veg state and in 2 weeks will start to flower.

the leave tips turning up like that is low humidity and high heat. the plant is attempting to transpire more.

Have a problem for a few weeks now and solve it? WTF is going on with my fan leaves? Can someone help me! I know a little about growing and plant was during fine then all of a sudden it started turning colors.
