alright its day two! i decided to start yesterday and i placed 5 seeds in a wet paper towel and packed them into the insulation of the hot water pipe on my water heater. they are kinda tight together so if this is gonna be a problem please tell me and give me some better ideas for germination!

I don't germinate. I just plant mine. The warmth is good as long as its hot. Not sure about the crowding though.

ahhh well its not extremely hot but its the warmest place i could think of in the house haha. yea thats what i'm afraid of i'll prolly seperate them tomorrow

The wet paper towel method works well, but I don't think you need to go to those resorts to get them to sprout.. Just put them on a moist paper towel, fold it over... Put it on a paper plate or two, and put a paper plate or two over that.. Place it in a dark place (closet, drawer, etc..) ... That's all you need to do.. as long as it's a "good" seed, it will sprout in 2-7 days...

ok its day 8 and my plants are growing! i feel like a father haha! but there growing up too fast only last week they were still seeds and i opened up to see two had already sprouted and the rest had rooted. amazingly fast compared to what i thought it would be.
