Look up LST or Low stress training, I've been fimming mine, then tying them down. It makes a lot of tops!!!

look below, this is only my 3rd attempt and already decent results. not a great pic, but the best I could find.

ok i did my drain and replenish last night and forgot to move my lights up. they always have a huge growth spurt every time i drain and i woke up to my plants growing into my lights.

luckily they are all low watt cfls and none of them really get hot.

Im starting on my first grow as well. Looks like yours is coming along quite nicely! I had 7 Reggie Plants starting a week ago and I got good growth except one runt like yours. Sure enough is sprung back to life and started to grow however my puppy doesnt seem to like buds as she ate them all! So now I am starting a new Hydro setup! Pics in my album! I enjoy your posts and pictures! Thanks -Jason
