2 weeks and 2 days and it seems like my ph goes up daily. the runt still looks like gabage but the roots still look like theyre growing. this ph thing was a little more work than i anticipated. i dont know if 80 ph strips will cut it.

well i dont get it. the runt doesnt seem to be growing at all, but the roots look like theyre growing. it looks so small and deformed compared to the other one. the big one seems to get bigger everyday, while the runt just stays the same. any advice on why this might be happening?

ok. ive been fallen off a bit on keeping up with my own thread. i just get lost in other peoples threads. theres so much to learn out there. plus i cant find my camera. its disappeared in a riff in time. but today is 3weeks 2 days of the veg state. my tiny mental plant is just starting to show new signs of life. my other one is a monster. it gets bigger everyday.ill update with pics if i ever find this camera.

ok. its 3 weeks 3 days in the veg state. i found the camera in my kids toybox. it seems a little less focused than before,but here they r. the first 2 r the runt. shes showing new strange looking growth. nothing like the big one, which is pictures 3 and 4. i love waking up in the morning and seeing how much they grew while i was sleeping.

ots 3weeks and 4 days into veg and i am going out of town for the weekend. since i seem to have a problem with my ph going up everyday. im going to do a drain and replenish before i leave and im going to set my ph kinda low. like 5.3 or around there. i figure that will keep it in the norm a little longer seeing as how i always wake up to 7 or higher even though i spend all day striving for 6. i havent had to use my ph up at all, but im already almost out of ph down so i will probably have to buy more very soon.

well i just got back and my plants got big while i was gone. the runt came back to life and started a whole lot of new growth. they drank alot while i was gone. first time i seen a whole gallon disappear in 2 days. i added some more nutes and a little ph down because i was sittin at about 7.25. im siitin at about 6.8 right now. ill try to lower it a little more in some hours.

ok i just did my weekly drain and replenish. the plants are looking great. ill update withpics as soon as they load.

get some 65w 2700cfls from home depot for 15$ each. 4200 lumens. same lumens as SH 85w.get a reflector for 7$> so you can get the same output as the dual 85w from SH for half the cost

i decided to top a couple of the longer side branches. then i tied them up with some hemp string so theyre looking up at the lights. has anyone else done this? can it turn those branches into colas. heres a couple pics of what i did.
