Well, I guess it's time to start the new jounal. I'm still in the process of gettin everything setup, but I figure a few inside looks wouldn't hurt...

the main room is going to be my veg/flower room. it is origionally 12'x11'x9' high, but a vapor barrier made of poly splits the room 12'x8' for growing with a zip-up tarp door; it has a 3' "hallway" between the room's door and vapor barrier. this will be for the big reservoir and electrical equipment. the main side is completely sealed with 10' wide poly and silicon. the window in the room is removed and plywood and insulation take its spot. on each side of the plywood, there is an inlet and exhaust vent. they are seperated on the outside by a plywood deflector, with enough room on the outside to still have the screen over top...

on intake, the hose is y'd... 1 end goin to 1 fan that brings fresh air in, and the other end going to another fan then into 1 end of the lights, then thru to the other side, then into another y attached to the exhaust vent. the other end of the exhaust y is fed by another fan hooked up to my Pro filter 50. all 3 fans are 6" 440cfm. there are 6 backdraft dampners throughout the hvac that only allow air to flow when needed. intake and exhaust fans will be on cycle timers for now, then exhaust on all the time when plants are flowerin. that is untill i get co2 coordinated....

I have 2 1000W lights with digi ballasts that work on either 120/240V and run both MH and HPS lights... both hoods are inline air cooled. They are mounted to a 6rpm mover on a 6' rail.

my operation is 100% legal... i'm only allowed 20 plants at any time. so for now i'll have 4 mums and 16 on the go...

i'll have a ebb & flow system for the main room; 16 individual pots filled with hydroton, all lumped to a control unit which in turn is hooked to a 55 gal drum. the control unit fills the buckets up with juice 3 or 4 times a day. i'm gonna use Lets Grow & Bloom nuits, with Power Thrieve B1, Power to Bloom powder, and maybe a few others...

for the cloner, i made a 45 siter, thanks for the tips epixbud...

its set up in the closet of the next room; it has a 400 gph pump with a manifold on top with 17 spayers on it. i have a dual outlet air pump with 2 airstones for it. i'm gonna try that olivia cloning solution out...
the lights are 3 2' T5's mounted to a white coardboard reflector i whipped up. should work fine...

4 the mum room (the room on the other side of the main room), i have a 4'x4'x5' high room within the room, completely polyed and sealed too. the light is 400W MH, again with a 120/240V ballast that runs both MH and HPS...

the 2 bigger bent plants came from a local grower. they're romulan x ssh and already have super purple stems!!

the other pots have 2 small health canada plants, and i have some fem arjan's strawberry haze and og kush germinatin in the other pots.

for air into my mumma room, i just have an inlet and outlet in the top and bottom of the room, hooked up with 4" fans that exchange the air constantly between my main room and mumma room... the wall inbetween the two just has 4" holes drilled thru... so i'll have ducting just poppin thru the poly in both rooms at the top and bottom... since both rooms are completely sealed, what ever air is in the main room will be in the mum room too

there are so many strains around here growin outside (just started buddin!!!)that i'm not too sure what to clone off of. i kind of have my choice

- romulan x super silver haze
- jack herror
- chemo
- gremlin
- health canada (they don't tell u names when they send seeds, just numbers)

i've gotta figure out how to keep less mums so i can do more in veg/flower. but i'll worry bout that later... can only keep 4 max for the next grow... and og kush and arjans strawberry haze are already on the list, so we'll see
