OK so I will state it loud and up front that I am very new to crossing strains and dicking around with marijuana plants.

But...

... It sounded like fun so here we go, weeee

Here I decided to cross Dutch Passion "Blueberry" with Green House Seeds "Church". Why not? They both were short and stout that had GrrrrreaT harvests.

This is a series because I plan on working with 4 strains:

Blueberry x Church
White Rhino x Thai Super Skunk
White Rhino x Church
and most recently...
Thai Super Skunk x Church.
(I like the church's growth cycle )

On this grow I germed 10 seeds, 8 plants sprouted, 2 were cut down from defects, and 6 are growing. 3 of which are Female and 3 that are Male.

400 watt MH/ HPS with Sunmaster Bulbs
3.5 x 4.5 Grow Room with Mylar (3 mil)
Maytag Dehumidifier with modified duct sytem.
Temps: 78- 82 F Lights On
65- 77 F Lights Off
Nutrients: B.C. Nutes by Technaflora
Medium: Soil
Containers: 2.5 Gallon

I have to say, so far so good.

I was curious about that same thing but I decided to give it a shot, you know just to have fun

I will tell you that I had a couple of deformed plants at the beginning but I chopped them and kept the strong/ uniform ones.

I plan on keeping this as a 5 year plan, honestly I will try to get it as stabel as i can

how long have you been in 12/12? the plants look very healthy.
i was going to breed a couple of swiss bliss plants. i only have 1 flower room and when i got in the room, was just about to open my bottle of pollen and saw all my other plants and decided to try my hand at breeding when i can keep the male and female isolated. all i could see is all my girls getting knocked up and it scared me. lol

so far i would say your doing alright on this. that cross basically gave you the same as regular seeds as of now. hopefully no hermies and the test run will be a success.

Only been in 12/12 for about 8 days now.

I plan on doing this for a while with a small number of plants each time, next I will probably go for 2 mixes. I just don't want anymore than 6 females at a time, 3-4 is ideal for me.
