Default justinlc's first grow

So I am a new WA Med marijuana user, and I figured I would try to grow some bagseed. I had one seed only, and figured what the hell. I am a little under three weeks now, growing in dirt. I am moving my plant from the grow closet to the back porch daily to take advantage of the free lumens. Let me know what you think, and of course any advice would be welcome.

The first pic is of my plant @ 7 days old. The others are from yesterday and today so 19 days from the time I found the seed.

We were hit by very high temps yesterday 96-104. I think that damaged the plant. the discolored leaves have been removed and just in case I overfed it (had just added nute's) I flushed last night with 5 gallons of water.

It is for watering from the bottom. There are two buckets, the top bucket is full of dirt with holes drilled in the bottom of the bucket for drainage. I could put a wick in the bottom bucket, but it keeps this dirt mix to moist. I am just using the tub to see how much water is in the bottom buket now.

Here are some pics from today. I was planning on topping tonight, but am a little worried about the discoloration on the older leaves. after I top it only the lower leaves will be left, and they all have damage to one degree or another. by the way, any ideas as to what is causing the spotting on leaves??

So it has been a week since I topped it, and she is doing ok I think. There is some odd growth off the first node, and the biggest fan leaves are having issues as well. take a look at pics and tell me what you think. thanks for the help.

here are some new pics. something is messed up, and i have no idea what to do. I transplanted right after this pic, new dirt with better drainage, hope this helps, any ideas as to what is wrong with plant?
