Ok, this is my first medical grow.These sprouts are about 1 week old..They mostly all lost their shell and are developing leaves.I have them in a homemade grow tent under 4 CFL bulbs..
3 26 watt warm white and 1 32 bright white..I will be getting some more bright white bulbs soon maybe 2 42 watts.
Each sprouts is in a jiffy pellet.

Please give me all info or opinions on my grow..I will keep updated pictures as i go along..Thanks for checking out my first medical grow journal

You need to cut off the outer wrapping on those pucks and plant them into 2gal or larger containers.

ok, here are some updates on the medical sprouts..They are now all transplanted into plastic cups from there jiffy pellets i also tore the netting to help the young roots break the soil easier.This is my first grow indoors..I had lots of plants but never had the chance to get them to flower cause they were always getting stolen but now i don't have to deal with that anymore cause my Medical Grow Is Now Inside..
Here are just a few more pics 3 days after the first post of pictures i have a small desk fan running that you can't see in the pictures.Please give me all your suggestions on how they are looking..

1 question my temps are around 80-90 F. the highest..is that to hot for the young sprouts?
I am having a hard time keeping temp down due to hot weather here where i'm from its been around 109 F.

Bottles of frozen water [and dont worry about the humidity increase from it cos your in veg...] but yeah, u wanna get the temps down.

Temp is definitely a big deal, and staying under 90 is very important through it all. A day here and there is okay, but constant heat just stresses the plants. I took to even buying blocks of dry ice one summer to keep a shed cool during a heat wave. Do what you must, ventilation is key, and a portable ac unit + duct tape is worth the investment if nothing else will work.

I prefer using 1 gal planters for the ease of a single transplanting, The plant is hearty enough, maybe 12-14" tall in a planter that size, the root structure is just around the edges and it seems to take very quick for me. I use 12 gal planters to finish in because space is no issue.

Looking at the pictures I notice your soil is pretty... soily... When you transplant the most important thing to have in mind is drainage, and dense soil, even potting soil won't work. Use 40% Perlite to some kind of organic soil and composted cow manure, or whatever mixtures you choose. I really suggest using some sand, or crushed lava rock at the bottom of larger planters to help with the compactingl. Loose is important.

The point I guess I'm getting at is that you are going to have a warm setup in that little tent with all that foil and lights regardless, so overwatering for you is extra dangerous due to the perfect conditions for root fungus to stunt your plants.

Other than that, from personal seed starting experience, the big best fastest starters are usually your females. Not every time, not as a rule, but generally speaking. Since space is limited, you might want to try and single out the weaker plants anyway.

Yea thanks guys so much specially "KnightPhobia" Yea I know I'm going to be investing into a good quality tent that way i can use panda film instead of foil, and so the ventilation is a lot better than what i have now.Yea there are a about half the plants that are really getting big quick i will probably set them aside to keep them away from each others.Yea right now i'm just using potting mix i will go to the store tomorrow and by me some Perlite at home depot
So in 1 gallon pots how many cups of Perlite should i put in there to mix the soil with?
Oh and for your question i am looking forward to cloning maybe just for the heck of it. i'm waiting right now to get some clones from the Medical Shop so i can get some good stains.
