This is my 1st, well second foray into growing... My first original grow was done with 0 knowledge and I paid for that. more on that later... so i said screw dirt and im goin with some hydro...

My first grow started actually pretty easy i didnt have really any knowledge of growing but I remember an experiment with a lima bean when I was in elementary where we put a bean in a napkin and it grew so I figured marijuana seeds would be the same... My girlfriend actually found a sack outside of my mom's local Kroger's.. It was such trash it smelled horrible and had about a million seeds the 1st pic is about 1/4 of all the seeds in that small 20 sack.



I did what i did in elementary and wrapped some seeds in a damp napkin, put it on my modem/router and out of the probably 20 seeds i tried to sprout 2 did hahahahh anyways i transported it to a big pot and got some scotts potting soil and about 2 days later i got this

then two days after that i noticed thrips flying all over my room i guess they infiltrated with that dirty ass dirt so basically I dumped the plant its sitting on my patio and the other(thrip free due to dish soap)is in the closet now i want to see if nature will take its course if at all on the one on the patio. but on to my hydro setup...

I saw a picture of i think it was called a stealth system which was a container with net pots in it i also watched mr greens vid on youtube and came up with this set up...
I used the same container with party cups and pea gravel. I figured everything else out by i guess common sense then found this place so i could figure out what i needed beyond the housing materials. i am currently waiting on my nutes, a light, and a water pump,also i plan on getting some of nirvanas seeds and seeing if i can make it do what it do. heres my current set up without the stuff i previously mentioned.

any feedback on my gangsta ass deebo setup is welcom but I dont want to hear really anything about getting an HPS seriously every thread i see on here where people ask about Flourescents somebody has to come on and diss the persons entire setup and tell them what they should do with their money plz allow me to be as poor as possible i dont expect to yield much on these bagseed so y waste the effort.

So I guess this is day 4 of my dirt grow peekaboo

this is the grow operation i have now its for the most part worthless IMO I have that CFL and as you can probably tell its of the redder spectrum so I will be getting a Blue ASAP


Good news though apparently my Rockwool has shipped so hopefully i can get started on my Dro setup sooner rather than later my gf wants this to be done with asap, me too but i'd never admit it. The other items

Day 5

OK still no word on my light, Nutes, or pump, but im still optimistic on my orders/

What i did do was hit up wal-mart and bought two 6500(daylight)Bulbs so im hoping that will help with the growth of my baby

I think now she has those perpendicular leaves growing in so time will reveal all.

Off to buy some hopefully grade A seeds from nirvana anyone have opinoons on them I have read around and heard they are pretty good and I see they have the best prices so yea PAZ.

Day seven got my 85w CFL and my rockwool... Emailed hydrowarehouse and they said they are waiting on 1 more bottle of nutes so yea here she go




Just wondering does anyone think its waaayy to short or am I trippin? any help on that would be great... thx

plant is browning at the edges I dont have any nutrients to give it and the soil is looking drained honestly, dont know if that can happen but seems like it but im not too worried about this plant im just waiting on my nutes and pump to get here(Saturday)

ALSO I built a sort of grow Closet for mothers(it has a door but It wasnt on at that point)

i am going to build a smaller one for flowering clones in months to come

WOW ok big update I got my snow white seeds from attitude and have had everything hooked up since last saturday

also transferred the dirt plant into the rez and it is actually doing pretty good. The plant drooped heavily the first day then 2 days later it popped back up and its dooing alright i guess im doin 1/8 of the nutes right now I'll add more probably today

keep those cfls as close as U can get, one inch away would be the BEST!-in one pic one of your seedlings were really stretching to light, its normal 4 such a young plant, but i ya can-get those clfs an inch way.
anyway, seedlings looking good hombre

I didnt have the light holes in the box so the lights were far away I didnt think the one on the right would stretch but it did pretty bad but i have moved em like a inch away

its day 35 and 21 for my snow whites I guess they looking alright I think the cups I grow my plants in is impeding the growth of the root system but im not to concerned because the plants are still having a lot of vegetative growth I actually think I can cut a couple branches and start cloning...



Anybody got sumthin to say Go for it, but check the negativity at the door.
