As suggested by other users, I have moved my thread from grow box construction to the growing journal section. To bring you up to date here is a link to the original thread.My tiny, but oh so neat grow box!
Where we are so far: Some of the little plants are somewhat older (a month) and two have accidentally and prematurely gone into flower. I am currently trying to revert back to veg if it's not too late. There are a lot of backups though, so this grow is going to the end.

If you are growing indoors how did some plants start to flower? 18/6 lighting for veg and 12/12 lighting for flower

No, the five bigger ones had a hard existence outside on the window sill in the dead of winter. I was till researching and building the grow box. By the time they moved inside two had already got all sexy, well actually three, but one was male and has long since met it's maker. They started to flower at 3 inches tall , the silly little things; well actually, silly me I suppose.

PS. they are all baking at 24/0 at the moment and also with plenty of sun from the rear window (frosted glass for diffusion) during the daytime. I'm trying to revert the two ladies for cloning or whatever. The seedlings are really the official start of my grow. The bigger ones may already be too traumatized to be used to judge the performance of my setup.

I would just stick to using the lighting you have in the box and not outside sunlight. The plants will get confused with all of the switching around

Dude, I'm gonna take your advice as gospel. I've seen your ladies and they look scrumptious! You serious though? Won't they appreciate the supreme light from old Fiery-one? Must say it will simplify matters if I can skip the whole "opening up and closing at night" bit. It will also keep temperatures more on an even keel I suppose.
