G-13 Labs Gigabud 4 Gal Hempy Bucket 400 Cool Tube W/LST

Hello all, this is the first of several posts of my journal on the new Gigabud from G-13 Labs. I have seen alot of mixed reviews and some strong promises of massive buds and quick flowering time from g-13.

I got 6 fe. seeds but only germ 1 which exploded out of the shell and demanded food. Was spooky.
Started in solo cup and then transplanted into 1.5 gal bucket Hempy and then started LST. She loved it and began growing faster than I could feed her. Was up to 150% nutes the other day just before switching her over to flower.

Also she has only been flowering for 17 days...un believeable. The max I can give her is 44 days..vacation coming up but at this rate she will be done in their advert. time. No stress, no issues, just a perfectly beautiful plant to grow and she is so easy to read and give what she needs, never been easier esp. w the Hempy buckets!

The pics are labeled with the times, she should be done in a few short weeks with a nice harvest if those bud sites are going to keep getting fatter. Crystals already visible.

General Hydroponic Flora Nova series. The 2 part stuff. It has great PH Buffers in them so U dont have to mess w it too much. Also for the last 2.5 weeks of flowering I'm going to push her with some Molasses. About a tbs. per Gal.
I fell behind after she took off when I started the LST, she begain growing so vigorously that she became N def. slightly and I had to force feed her like a veal calf to get her the super dark green she is today, it's so awesome.

Supposedly this strain is Indica dominant but from the looks of those leaves the recessive Sativa has pushed ahead a little, hope this doesn't increase my flowering time, I just dont have it

Just a quick addition...I had a spare 250 watt light system just laying around. Sounds odd but I tried to sell it on Craigslist and no buyers so im using it to up my yield. I added it on a diagonal styling on the one side of the plant with the fan and exhaust from the cool tube being sucked in. Now I have 650 watts of light with a great setup for mid plant growth and even some lower. Can plainly see how easy it is to get nice wattage ina small space if you can vent that hot air.
The Giga is now about 38 inches high and 42 across. I expect a nice burst of energy with the 250 addition. Seems like alot for one plant but w/the 4 gal pot and another 3-4 weeks of flowering I think she will grow into it nicely! Thanks for stopping by!

Your Grow is looking absolutely TITS! I love the new equiptment, and the addition of the old. 650 Watts on that plant is AWESOME! I would wager you pull over 6 Ounces Dry! I vegged my MK Ultra for 7 weeks too, and I pulled over 5.5 Ounces on each of them, but You! 650WATTS! Wow, this is the grow to watch and learn from. I am so glad that you are documenting this for the Noobies, hehehe, the Noobies, Yeah, that aint you anymore. Super Great Job!

Damn Moosey, your the reason my Ego couldnt fit thru the door this morning! Thanks for the kind words everyone, I really do hope this thread helps some people out who r just starting. Hempy and LST really seem to work out for my situation best so I'm sticking with it.

In these pics you can c the Giga at Day 21 of Flowering. The pic of the clones is at day 20 of their lives. I cut them the day before I threw the Giga in to Flower so obviously this strain clones well also. Simply cut them and dipped in rootone powder and left them alone for 2 weeks. Bam. Going to LSt them also and cut clones later.

The buds r swelling nicely on the Giga...the scent is ungodly good but not overpowering. Black Pepper, Spice, Sweet hash, thats the smell, hands down some of the tastiest nugs i have grown just by sight and smell! Looks like it will be easy to trim as well. Will update once a week or twice if I'm bored but even w frequent pics, you can totally c her fattening up.

Also seems vertical growth has ceased thank god. Had no more room really anyway! I am turning her about halfway for a few days then back again, with 2 lights that's all I fig I really need to do.

Hello all. Wanted to post yet another improvement update. I had a spare 250 laying around as u know so I put it up with the HPS in the fixture. Now I have replaced that 250 HPS with the Mh I had also laying around to get a dual spectrum thing going on. I fired it up today and turned the plant 180 in such a fashion that I will only have to turn halfway every few days to get the whole plant both lights.
The buds are coming in SUPER fast now (day 23 of Flowering) and she has about 3 weeks to go. The scent now is nothing like dank bud. It is like sweet fresh ground black pepper. Such an odd (for weed) yet beautiful scent really....I dont have to worry about covering it up...it's just so not pot smelling nor is it permeating out of the closet...thank you squirrel cage exhaust! Questions and comments welcome.

Hey y'all. I am p icking up dead crispy fans from the very bottom of the plant. The buds are swelling at a ridiculous rate. 90 oz of nutes every AM and no runoff. IDK what else to say other than I want to propose to this plant! Smell is getting stronger now and the buds r getting frosty as well as the sugar leaves around the buds. I let the heat get up to 85 today but she didnt seem to care, I have an additional fan blowing in AC air from the 2nd bedroom right into the closet at high speeds so the clones and She have all the air they want. We now have 20 days left to flower and im getting so RIGID for these nice tight buds that look like they will be effortless to trim. Also going to use that trim for some ice water hash in my bubble bags. Enjoy the pics, rap at ya later all!

Just a few closeup shots so U can see the giga and her insanely huge buds. For having 3 weeks to go im almost worried I'm going to have to tie up branches! Smell is wonderful and now twice as potent as the other day when I said it wasn't even an issue. Going to get some ONA products at the store soon. Enjoy the shots!

Tomorrow 7/11 is the Giga's 70th day of life. Flowering now for 26 days and has 18 days to go.
