Hey Rollitup this is my 3rd indoor grow that i started on April 22nd 2009 now im sharing it with you guys. Please ask me questions for more info. I will be harvesting the blue streake female either tonight or in a few days.

My setup:
I have a 20" X 36" X 64" GROW TENT from high tech garden supply.http://www.htgsupply.com/

I am using a 600watt HPS digital ballast cool tube light i use to have a 400 watt HPS digital ballast light but something broke inside the ballast and then HTG sent me a 600 watt to replace it since it was still under warrenty .


Seeds:
1. DNA Genetics - LA Confidential x2 female
2. Lowryder mdanzig - Blue Streak x1 female
3. Auto Fem - Blue Kush x2 female
4. Greenhouse seeds - super lemon haze x1 female
5. Greenhouse seeds - Cheese x1 female

Progress:
The 4 Lowryder Blue streak and 2 LA Confidential Seeds sprouted on 4-22-09. Started 12/12 flowering the 2 LA confidential on may 28th 2009 and their both female I guess I got very lucky picking from a pack of 6 LA confidential seeds.

I got a pack of 3reg auto fem seeds the non feminized kind and got 1 male and 2 females and i have 1 fully seeded blue kush female the pollinated with the blue kush male. Auto BlueKush #1 and#2 and,#3 planted, May 1st 2009. I have 2 female and 1 auto blue kush male as of 5-16-2009

Started germination of the 2 Feminized GreenHouse seeds using the paper towel method, 1. Cheese 2. Super Lemon Haze, 5-14-2009. Planted cheese and super lemon haze 5-15-2009. Started 12/12 flowering 6-16-09.

I harvested my Blue streak female this morning. I looked at the trichomes with my microscope, 420 scope and the trichomes looked milky white and some had started turning amber.

Hey! Great stuff dude!!! Some really great looking stuff!

I was considering getting the same tent... How do you have your ventilation set up? (I was planning on a 400 hps/mh, but i dunno how does the 600 compare??)

I like the horizontal length of this tent which would allow the plants to spread there wings Would love to see how many you had squeezed in that space, considering I thought I would only be able to get two reg and two autos!!

Awesome grow! I also have some blue kush from autofem seeds (along with auto fuel) except they are going their whole life outdoors; seems like they enjoy it and autofem says the yeilds will be decent for having ruderelis genetics ( 45g indoors 65 outdoors!). Anyways very interesting so far, be sure to keep us informed!

how did the blue kush come out?

It came out really good but it had lots of seeds in it but i had to cut down all the other plant way to early so I didn't really get to finish them properly. i got a few little nugs (less then 2 grams on both plants) of the LA confidential and i was not satisfied with the outcome because for the fact that i had to stop the grow. The plants were getting to tall and to close to the 600watt hps and buring them. I'm building a new grow room right now that's capable of flowering 10 to 14 plants. The new grow room is 4 feet by 5 feet by 8 feet tall..

Was checking out your journal looking good bro. I have been doing my Auto's Under the MH for like 3 weeks and makes the buds a lot more dense btw. Can't wait to peep your new room. My tent has light leaks bad I have to cover it up before my lights turn off. So maybe thats why your getting seeds.

Damn that sucks...The plants were getting too tall so they were getting burnt...early harvest..Those plants had some rreal good potential..Good luck next time.You shouldve tried to tie them down or something.Even topping woudbe saved it...

ill hit you up on grass city when i make the thread on RIU and on grass city ive already put Mylar up in the whole room and takin pics. I just need chain to hang the light and cut out holes for the ventilation fans just the stuff prepping it for when i start the grow in september some time.


Yeah i hated to do it but i had make that tough choice i have more LA confidential seeds im going to start again in September. so be sure stay tuned i have a really good feeling about my next grow with the new grow room i just built. im goin to experiment with topping.
