Well i thought i'd finally start my own Grow Journal, This is the 1st Journal i've ever done. I've been growing around 10 years, i'm in my 30s and live out on my own with my partner. I moved out of home when i was 18 and from then on i started growing.

1st ill start with my Flower room as it is right now, its a "grow tent" style room made from 1" square tube ally. It is ver strong and can be pulled apart and put together in no time at all. it can hold 80gk over 1m.

Currently i'm running 2 x 600 watt hps in the flower room, i'm using the canna coco slabs set up on drip system watering 4 times a day for 5 mins each time at the moment. (its adjusted according to plant size and water uptake.) i have 2 x 200mm fans exhausting and bringing in fresh air one each end of the room exhaust up top and inlet down low. I have a 400mm oscerlating fan for air movement that runs 24/7. The exhaust and inlet fans are controlled by a temp/humidity/co2 control unit. ( currently i'm out of gas, & will get some soon. )

i have added a pic of my room taken a week ago this was about a week into 12/12 they have taken off now and are huge, just waiting for a camera so i can take more pics.

please feel free to add your comments and advice.!! i dont know everything about growing and am always open to learning new methods and ideas

ok so i thought id touch on what strains i have going at the moment.

i'd already ordered from Gypsy Nirvana and Planet skunk around 2 weeks before hand they all arrive. i ordered Female x line Bubblegummer 5 Fem, and Flying Dutchmans Ge force 5 fem also got 5 free mazar.

From those beans My success was really shit, 3/5 for the BG and GF the freebies (mazar-i-sharif) i got 2/5. I have not grown from seed in years and over watered the poor things. and yes u guessed it - i killed them. well all but 1. The mazar had survived somehow.


After the run of bad luck with my last seeds dying, I decided to order some more again, to increase chances of receiving them I ordered from 4 different companies.

I've added photos they are the original Silver Haze - i was given a cutting from a good friend who purchased the seeds in A'dam, the next is my 10 baby gums form NRS. 10 out of 10. gotta be happy with that! the last is my Mazar-I-sharif that survived from the 1st batch of seeds i recieved. its like 4 weeks old in that pic, grows slow as shit! I also have 6 other strains, 2 were given to me from friends and 4 were seeds. i acually just pulled 2 of the 4 seeds as they had gone hermie. Better to be safe than sorry. the remaining 2 plants look good, very bushy and a indica apperance labelled - ST A and D as i had 4 i'd labelled them ST A, B, C & D. B and C both got the chop. I have one that is sort of sativa looking labelled "The Pepp" and one i've seen the finished product and its worth keeping. I Named it "the Muzz"


Now u may have noticed that i have the gums in a different room, thats going to be the mother cupboard eventually. At moment i'm using it just to veg these. I actually have BIG plans for the flower room with upgrades.

hi thought i'd check in a give a bit of a update.

my baby gums are not babies any more, they are 4 weeks old now to the day and the are looking very healthy already can see few different phenos, some tall and strechy others short, stocky and fat leaves, i also have a few Double Gums (7) and some Mazar-i-sharif (3). They are going ok, bit small and stretchy as they have been under my clone light. I really need to put them under the 400 halide in the Mother room where the Baby Gums are. More room will need to be made/cleared.

My grow room make over has been under way for a few days now, i'm currently creating a room 3m x 2.2m x 2.6m high. I will have 4 x 600 watt HPS for lighting. It has been really awkward to do as i've had my 2m x 1.2m x 2m high tent/room in the middle of the area and have had to work around it. Nearly done.!!!

I am using Canna Coco slabs 3 slabs under each 600 watter. 12 slabs total, run to waste system with 4L/H drippers. Using Canna Coco A and B Nutrients, with canna Zym all through Rhizotonic in Veg stage and PK 13-14 for one tank approx 3 - 4 weeks prior to harvest. I have a ECM Higrotherm control module for controlling my humidity and temperatures. It Turns my fans on and off, controls my CO2 and doses my ladies while making sure fans are off and its not "dark time"
i Will have a carbon filter can style and a centrifugal fan to remove stale old air while i have 2 x 200mm inlet fans drawing fresh air in from outside. I also have a Air conditioner in case of extreme heat and a de humidifier for the humidity later on in the flowering cycle. There will be 2 large floor fans circulating air around the room 1 for each 6 slabs. If i have problems with high humidity i will also be adding a sulfar burner later on which i am going to make. i will take pics and do a guide for how to make one yourself.

I have in cluded a few pics of the process, you should be able to see my grow tent in the middle and see panda film on the walls behind it and the frame to the front wall, i had to make.

yeah thanks EpyxN, yeah he sure is an addict! he doesn't go much on the sticky parts, he climbs them but tends to chew the leaves more often than not.
