so do the buds actually go purple?

Maybe yes, maybe no. It depends on genetics for one, two if it isn't cooler in the room then the purple/blue colors usually won't come out, and three some strains change coloring during curing when the pigments break down. Usually though if you aren't seeing growth that's purple, blue, and red all you'll get is green pot (it's still good pot though).

BTW to the OP nice grow man.

wats up bro,,thats a great selection if not the bes i think because of the quality.i'm don 2 pacs of querkle and two pax of bluemoonshine again(8 times growed the moonshine)i start flowering at 4 inches to get that nimy avitar,my las got a bit taller though,see my journal,real purple..i'm waitnig to score some purple moonshine wen his seeds are avail. agin.i done the reg. Dutch passion bluemoonshine and all my buds finished purple.'m sure the PM will.They turn purple in the las two weex an extra week will give you a cannabis cup,lol. i use sugar daddy las two weex.that stuff looks sik bro,bet it does the job,your plants are so HEALTHY. i bet it does an amazing job,you said you didnt mind on others posting here some bluemoonshine ,,the las pic fron bud is g13hp,,gro.on.bro. Thanks everyone. I am very pleased how this is turning out. I carefully picked each of these strains so I could have alot of candy tasting super dank smoke with high potency. They all look very healthy and haven't had a single deficiency, insect, or other problem this whole run. It's all magically turning out just as I had hoped. Aprox 1 more month till harvest!

Raiderman thanks for the pics btw. Your moonshines look nice. I've never had the opportunity to smoke it before, but from what I understand it's supposed to be amazing. I wouldn't mind some dried bud shots if you have any.

thanx,yours look so ns.heres some dry .smell and taste go hand and hand with no long curing.i'm a long time grower of it,lol.once you had it you wont go bak to the others as much,its the intenseness... i want to share a couplepics i dug up i want to share , a rare phenomenon of the the BM producing actual flowers.. i use sugar daddy at ratre of agressive flowering this started happing, i enede up with 14 oz. 7 plants ,2 gal. containers.again beautiful plants bro.. wen the cont. empty cann scrape a gram of dry glue off the bottom,lol.most potent anywhere.near trip exper.alot ppl couldnt handle the intensness ..it does have a near trip exper.very long lasting.your friends will smell you 5 minutes before you get there.lol.rok on.

Sorry to threadjack from the OP...

Damn....I'm kind of kicking myself now that I didn't pick up some of DJ Short's strains. That Purple kush or what of ever that shit is is just fire. A friend picked up some seeds in Amsterdam from the Dutch Passion store on the low....Like 1/4 of the price they sell online low. I wish they carried this shit there.
