ice, master kush, white rhino

well i've finally decided to set up a grow journal. OK so i just ordered seeds a little while ago and they are doing pretty good i put 5 of each strain down and they all popped. they popped on may 13th. they are all starting to work on their second set of true leaves. right now. im have some problems with my veg light though. i am in the process of getting 2 175watt mh. for some reason i am have terrible luck with my flouros they keep burning out, but hopefully by fri i will have my mh's and be on my way. anyways i will be using a mixture of OF soil and Happy Frog soil. i am also going to be trying to down grade in pots i want to move down to gal. pots. down from 2 gal. pots. for liquid nutes i will be brewing a tea up (from peace of mind) and feeding with it every two weeks well that's it for now. i will be updating as needed.

just took a couple pics a few days ago. the master kush is growing the quickest out of the three not by much , just alittle. i also got my lighting back on track. they were killing me there for a couple days. but alls good now

a couple pics of them i will start to take pics of them seperatly once they are a little bigger. i will probably get a thing of tea brewing tonight. and feed with it tomorrow night. i will update when needed

i have noticed a little streching but nothing to worry about. but the first 2 are ice the second 2 are WR and the last are MK.

any comments and advice are welcome.

out of 15 put in 10 are females. all five master kush's turn out to be female , so far the WR are 3female 1male and 1?, the ice are 3? 1male and i killed one weak one off.

good m/f ratio i had the worst luck of my life this current grow like 50%. stuffed me right up.

whats up usemyname, thanks for posting, but i know what you mean a few grows back i had like 40% or less. but this time i knida wanted a master kush male, guess i have to put the rest in the ground now and hope for atleast one good male.

got my other master kushs soaking now. lets hope for that male...................... that damn nirvana giving me all these females????????? lol well so any one on here?

Looks real good DR.G!!! I'll stick around and watch if you don't mind.. Those sound like some nice strains. I've been considering ordering some and have heard good things about the master kush. Have you grown it before? I was also wondering why you down sized on the pots? Are you trying to get more in? Keep it up!!!

hey cph whats up?! thanks for stopin by. no this is my first with master kush but also heard really good things about it. it looks really good i'll take some pics tomorrow. but yeah i was reading a thread about root bound and seen some pics of monster in itty bitty pots so i figure why not try it ... a couple grows back i grew one in 4 gal. pot (pics in my profile)and got pretty good results but trimming was terrible plus the inside of the plant didnt get much making it worse to trim. but i got 5 oz off the plant so i cant say it wasnt worth it. had to cut it down early cause of wait problems she fell over a lot not matter what i did. but now i wanna see if i can get the same or better results in smaller pots. but thanks and ill try to keep you posted with lots of pics.

I've seen a couple different threads about little pots. One guy used 16 ounce plastic cups the entire way through!! It looked like a giant cola the size of your arm, very little branchs thou. Seems like it would basically be a SOG. Nothing wrong with that. I'm only on my first grow but I'm already noticing the problem of the lower branches not getting as much light, and maturing slower. Bring on the pics I love seeing ppl's sexy girls!!

the first two are just more pics of the veggers. i am starting to thin them out now. getting rid of some of the males. i just took out all my old ak's. ..... the last pic of the smaller plant is my blue venom seed that was sent with my order. it is starting to stack nodes nicely now. a few of the plants are producing resin heads already. so im thinking these could possibly make me some good mothers. i will wait though to make up my mind. everything seems to be going smoothe right now though.

alright i got 2 subscribed man i better make some more room for you guys. lol but it will be getting better shortly once they go into the flowering room should be in a week or two. i need to get more light maybe, would that speed my side branching up or is that on the plant it self?. but thanks for stoping by i appreciat it.
