I basically got started because a friend gave me like 20 seeds. I'm not a habitual smoker and am just interested in the process of growing. I'm learning as a I go, so any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I started by germinating the seeds and then used a greenhouse kit to get the plants sprouting.

I then got individual 6 inch pots and put them in the window of my 2nd floor apartment (risky I know, but it's pretty hard to tell from the street what is going on).

At this point, the plants are getting a little bigger so I modified a fish tank and fish tank stand to make a 2-Tier grow house.

I lined the tank and the bottom half with the back of wrapping paper for maximum reflection and the lack of hot spots.

I'm using 2 natural lights for a day or so until I get 5,500K CFLS I'm planning on about 2 per plant for now and am going to rig up chains to change the height of the lights. In this environment, are 2 CFL's going to be enough?

I'm totally growing on a budget, so I can't afford to build a big ventilation system and all that. I have no neighbors close to my grow spot, so I should be ok right?

Today I spent about $70 at home depot and bought 16 CFL's,2 light fixtures, 2 Plugs, wire, and eye hooks.

I have the lights setup so they are adjustable as it grows. when they get real big, I will just have to use some boxes and make two 6 foot grow houses.

Now I need to setup some sort of ventilation system, get a PH testing kit, and a temp/humidity control. Would it be smart to put a cup of water in each tank and let it evaporate?
